Really if I take a series of pictures to make a panoramic image if I just rotate the camera there will be glitches & errors if I rotate the camera about the nodel point of the lens that reduces the problem and thats using well exposed images purely on a flat plane not wrapped on a 3d model.

You still get glitches and errors on modern software.
