Israel Court Orders Destruction of a Mosque

It seems as if this Mosque has beed disputed over for years now and now the first phase of the dispute has come to an end. The mosque holds the grave of a popular religious leader of Islam(Not sure who) and was being built near the Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth. Many people complained that the construction of this mosque so close to the Basilica was quote, "Disrespectful". Nonetheless, the destruction of this mosque will ALSO be deemed, quote "Disrespectful". I swear, it is a never ending cycle. These wars between ideals and religion come in more ways then one. Madness indeed: this mosque (tomb of a Muslim "saint") was in fact little more than foundations and was originally permitted by Baruch. Israel has demolished mosques before.
The disturbing thing is that they claim to be doing it out of respect for the Christians who have in fact opposed the demolition.
Divide and Conquer springs to mind.
