Trump tweeted a campaign video on Halloween night that claims Democrats are responsible for letting a murderer stay in the country illegally to kill people. Here is the video in question:

LINK

As Bracamontes boasts about killing the two officers and saying he would kill more if he could, new text says, "Democrats let him into our country."

That’s quickly followed with, "Democrats let him stay."

However, this is just Trump making crap up. Attempting to rile up his base with falsehoods.

So was Bracamontes in America because of Democrats? Not during his most recent Entry into the country, that blame falls on Bush. Additionally, his record in the US spans all the way back to the Clinton administration. Under the Clinton administration he was caught and deported. He was arrested and deported again in 2001 by Bush. After that deportation he lived within the US and evaded detection until his murders in 2014.

So, Trump's claim that it was Democrats that let him in is blatantly false. From 2001 through 2008 he lived in a country run by Republicans and was not found or deported. I know everyone here thinks Obama was lax on immigration but when it came to immigrants with felonies the Obama administration ramped up deportation efforts.

The Obama administration ramped up efforts to track down felons who were in the country illegally. It expanded the Secure Communities program launched under Bush. The program fostered information sharing among federal agencies and local jails.

Immigration enforcement priorities during Obama’s first term were just as broad as they are now, with people being deported for things such as traffic violations, Capps said. Immigrant advocates in 2014 famously dubbed Obama the "deporter-in-chief."

The facts on this case indicate that both Democrat and Republican administrations are to blame. Yet in Trump's mind, it is only the Democrats.

He can tell me lies as long as I'm getting more money back from uncle sam. The Dems lax policies on immigration are why this monster was here to murder and why more monsters are here to murder.

You link to some very questionable opinion pieces written by nobodies trying to make a name for themselves.
Yet , you never read the entire article with comprehension
When you see quote marks , they no longer mean direct quotes .
They are a paraphrase of what the writer read .
Meant to mislead the gullible and the easily swayed.

Democrats want illegal immigrants that have not beem properly screened into their country. Those people can very likely be dangerous. Trumps statement paints a valif picture of the dangers of liberal policies

Bush was a pretty good cop and he arrested and deported a lot of people, and maybe he made a few mistakes during his time on the force, but dont place this mess completely on Officer Bush's lap! His hands were tied by Democrat policies that the Democrats supported and voted for. He was just the arresting officer. He didnt make the laws he just enforced them.

Let’s not forget that this man was released by Joe Arpaio. Who Trump pardoned himself.

Records in Arizona show Luis Bracamontes was arrested on drug charges in Phoenix in 1998, but released for reasons unknown by the office of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the former Republican law enforcement official for Maricopa County who has styled himself as “America’s Toughest Sheriff.” Arpaio was pardoned by Trump.

No. He just wanted to point out that Trump was technically, sort of, kind of wrong about this one thing if you think about it from just the right angle.

He fully supports letting killers and rapists and terrorists/cartels into our country unchecked.

www.sacbee.com...

Luis Bracamontes:
first arrested in Phoenix in 1996. Prosecutors in Phoenix say he was arrested Sept. 25, 1996, on deportable drug offenses related to marijuana possession and sentenced to four months in jail starting in January 1997
was handed over to federal immigration agents and deported on June 3, 1997, during Clinton’s second term
was arrested on drug charges again in Phoenix in 1998, then released
was next arrested May 4, 2001, on marijuana charges in Maricopa County, and deported three days later. Republican George W. Bush was president at the time
was married in Maricopa County on Feb. 28, 2002, when Bush was president.
had been living near Salt Lake City where he remained until 2014, when he and his wife embarked upon a methamphetamine-fueled trip that ended with their arrests in Placer County after the deputies were killed.

No real comment about the post. Just background information of Luis Bracamontes

Edit:
George Bush President from 2001 to 2009.
Barack Obama President from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017.

Deported under Clinton and Bush.
Not deported under Obama.

So... reasons unknown could mean he legally had no choice but to release him?
