But as I said before I really don't care about Streisand. What I was interested in is the notion that OP thinks she should stay out of politics while him/herself engaging in free speech every day.

I believe in freedom of speech , and support the people to be able to express they're feelings.
This, however makes me want to kick a puppy.

Take a step back, Babs and maybe think about getting back into the kind of songs and messages that you're iconic for. There is SO many more beautiful things to be written, and songs that have the abilty to bring people together.

I realize that artist have done this kind of things for many moons. It will likely not change, due to the current division and political insanity at the moment, but let's tone it down a bit.

Many people are already walking a fine line.
Don't add to the division.


On a side note, it may very well be a concerted effort to sow the seeds of bad juju.
