It's 27ish miles south of the Tonopah Test Range, and appears to be a target area.
Also like 5 miles away from the Tolicha Peak Electronic Combat Range. No big mystery.

This is a bombing and practice range. Those objects are shipping containers stacked into various makeshift “structures” and there are lots of vehicles littered around the area as well.

Spot on. Even the "train" is a series of CONEX boxes end-to-end. CONEX boxes are are the simplest and cheapest way to build durable training structures for combat simulations.
