This is just plain racist. Replace ‘white’ for ‘black’ (or yellow or red, or whatever) and see how racist this remark is. Think how this remark would be discussed when it would have been said in the replaced version!!
This is what hypocracy looks like.

Lemon's comments about white men will surely lose the Dems more voters. I don't think the white men and women on the left will be brushing off those comments.
Keep talking Lemon and all you Media morons. The more they espouse these Radical views and hate speech the more "sane" Dems will #walkaway.

I don't think he's wrong.
It should be equally applied however.
Free speech the way it's intended.

Because of his probably true statement, there is offense?
Two wrongs don't make a right. That's where people are getting confused.
Take Don Lemon as an example. Does he believe the things he says? If not, what are his motivations? Is it just the job? Not hard to believe if he's a person of poor moral character, but much less so if not.

Good. CNN doesn’t have to justify or reprimand Lemom cuz Right Wingers are triggered. They’re always triggered, they thrive on being the victim and if every industry bowed to their feelings no one would be working anywhere, no business would survive cuz the triggering and enabling is endless.
CNN probably enjoys that conservatives are triggered over words while they were the victims of bombs and Trumps constant claim they are the enemy of the people.
Good, I stand with CNN. Conservatives don’t deserve any apology.

I couldn't say one way or another what Lemon thinks. However I certainly believe that he is payed well to 'act' in a certain way and say certain things, which would end in the same result you described.
I believe the only thing he is motivated by is green. Divisiveness and controversy is full of it these days.

Even his fellow hater-buddies in the media didn't believe Don Lemon would say this, until they saw the replay.

I think Lemon's idol is Maxine Waters.
