My state, North Dakota, is also deciding on full legalization with Measure 3.

The opposition here is largely the legal difficulties with wiping people's criminal records...and the loss of jobs for drug k-9's.

Hopefully when the Trump admin is long gone the new admin will finally decriminalize weed, take off the scheduled drugs altogether, and freaking legalize it already! The money made from taxes alone is a windfall that this gov't is ignoring. Even big corporations are getting in on it because the money is too good and sustainable!

Mostly agree, but a couple things.

decriminalize weed, take off the scheduled drugs altogether, and freaking legalize it already!

As profitable as it is, my wager is on it being criminalized is much more profitable, thus the state MJ is currently at. That issue is what would need to be handled long before your point.

Even big corporations are getting in on it because the money is too good and sustainable!

Big, right down to the tiniest(myself included hopefully). Except that big bank and insurance industry.........
