Problem with [color help] in ATS store, page

I'm having trouble buying a custom mini-profile background color.

When I click on the [color help] button I always get a page cannot be displayed error in the newly opened web browser. Anyone know how to solve this?

000000 is pure black if that is what you wanted. You will have to change your text color also. I've been using www.december.com... for color codes.

Yeah it's the standard 6-digit hexadecimal color codes.

Black #000000
White # FFFFFF
Blue # #0000FF

are some examples.

A programme that I find incredibly useful for this is ColorSpy which comes with HandyTools for Web Designer
