I got the position at my work!

So I know some of you commented on my other post about the role I was interviewing for and I just wanted to let you all know I got the position. I am now Regional Account Manager for North America/Canada.

I know this is only the beginning of this adventure and I need to crush even more moving forward. Thanks for the love, prayers, and positive vibes. It really means a lot to know ATS has some really great members.

Some of my friends and family were wondering how I always move up so quickly with companies without a college degree and my response is always the same: Attitude and work ethic. Those are things that are the most difficult to teach. But if you have a good attitude and work ethic learning a job is easy.

Cymru, i agree, pay it forward and mentor those with your same work ethic and drive. I am lucky to have a great full time job, and a fun part time job...cause i want it, i dont need it...i love working with the interns at the fun job, teaching them the ropes...and now a kid from 3 years ago is my boss...he is full time....and he always asks my advice...and i usually defer to him
