A loophole used here in Texas is to have children here as an illegal. The child becomes the person living in poverty and the parent(s) are the representive payee, each child another person.

All government programs become available for the kids, managed by the parent(s). The parent(s) work in cash jobs or low wage jobs to keep the household reported income low.

Parents get a very great deal from having a kid or children here. Don't be distracted. Some states provide more.

In this country, the welfare comes to your house, they check for ashtrays, beer in the fridge and cleanliness of your living conditions.

Not quite as stringent in the US. But contrary to what some believe, those who are in the country illegally are not eligible for federal government assistance but some states do allow for basic needs (food through SNAP, some healthcare).

They can also get free healthcare. Just walkinto the emergency room with a cough and you and i will pay for our most qualified physicians to write a prescription.

Wow! In this country, illegal or non resident must have a national health card with them or NO SERVICE and you are require up front to pay the approximate fee. Yes, it's tough but this country just doesn't have "you're special so we give you special rules" to help you feel that you are dearly wanted in this country.
