You're referring to the Democrat party. The News Media doesn't feed Republican ideas to the public.

Is this your way of saying even Breitbart isn't rightwing enough anymore?

I'm referring to the news media that most people see and read. Breitbart is backwater. Doesn't make it bad, just not mainstream.

You'd be pretty surprised at how often it and others such as The Federalist pop up in my Yahoo inbox aggregate section. They're not as backwater as you seem to think.

I can't wait to come back to this post tomorrow night. The house is a toss-up with the momentum favoring Republicans. The senate will be r+3 maybe better. In fact, if the numbers I've seen are indicative, it's entirely possible the senate is r+9. A long shot, but possible.

The polling samples for the generic ballot are running an average of D+8. Even with that it's only a D+7 lead. What does that mean? Independents are breaking for Republicans.

Early voting is showing actual turnout to be between D+1 and R+4. So take all of the polls and give the republican another 5-9 points. What does the map look like now? Red Tsunami.

So my prediction is last page (and below) and yours right here.

See you in 24 hours.

[qoute]
Dems will gain somewhere between 25 and 40 house seats.

The Senate will stay the status quo or the GOP might gain +1 seat, which is still the status quo.
THAT with 26 Dem Senate Seats up for re-election and only 9 GOP Seats at risk.

2020 is the reverse with a mass of GOP Senate seats up for reelection and only a handful of Dems.

It is amazing that with 26 of the 39 Senate Seats up for grabs being Dems, they might lose only one seat or none.

Meanwhile they are going to take the People's House, with the Senate to follow easily in 2020 when the vast bulk of Senate Seats up for grabs will be GOP.

Governors:
Currently: 16 Democrats | 33 Republicans | 1 Independent

36 Gubernatorial Races in 2018

Predicted outcome:
24 Democrat 26 GOP

The Dems will flip at least 8 Governors from GOP.

Na.

Objectively, statistically, legally, ethically, factually...DJT is the worst President ever to occupy the WH.

Just because the Dumpster Fire has burnt out yet doesn't mean it isn't a dumpster fire.

BTW - It will be interesting to see Mueller unchained after Tomorrow.

There are credible rumblings Trump has already been subpoenaed and is losing his battle in court already.

Has Mueller Subpoenaed the President?
www.politico.com...

Good times ahead.

Why, Sober, we cross?

You know, Sober....
If I thought you weren't my friend, I just don't think I could bear it.

Everyone, myself included, has a tendency to get their dander up at a time like this. We all get carried away at times, and get spanked by the Mods. I'm still sore myself, from a four-shot bitch-slapping by Kandi no more than a week ago.

I appreciate all of you. Every one. And personally, I consider it a privilege, and an honor, really, just to be here, and talk to y'all. Seriously.

Sometimes it's hard to not take things personally, but that's a cross we all have to bear together.

Anyway, I just felt like I needed to say that. And thanks to you all.

See, Sober? Now we can be friends again! Idn't that a Daisy?

I don't know how tomorrow will turn out, but Good Luck. I have no problem admitting when I'm wrong. Although it happens rarely enough that I may be a bit out of practice...

I'll be here tomorrow night, and I imagine you will be as well, so we can discuss it further then.

Oh hell, who am I kidding...
You guys are SOOOOOOO gonna lose!
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

See you folks tomorrow.

I really am looking forward to it. I may not be on tomorrow night but I will certainly be on wednesday, whether it is you or I that is eating crow or somewhere inbetween. I enjoy our back and forth and this friendly jeering is quite fun.

Good luck! You're going to need it

I'm predicting GOP gains 3 seats in the Senate, and they keep the House.

Governor races only matter to their respective state. Honestly, I think it will be neck and neck in my state between Gillum and DeSantis.

I'm with you on R +3 in the Senate.
I'm assuming D's will take the House, giving them a +5 to +7 majority (Hope I'm wrong).

Ya know, the only GOP Candidate that I have been impressed with this cycle?

Dan Crenshaw of Texas.

Pete Davidson on SNL mocked Crenshaw's eye patch.
Said he looked like a hitman in a porn movie.

Crenshaw lost the eye serving as a Navy Seal in Afghanistan in an IED blast.

The media outrage machine went into overdrive.

Crenshaw though said this in response:
Good rule in life: I try hard not to offend; I try harder not to be offended.

He also said this:
“I want us to get away from this culture where we demand apologies every time someone misspeaks,” Crenshaw, who’s running in Texas’s 2nd Congressional District, told TMZ on Sunday. “I think that would be very healthy for our nation to go in that direction. We don’t need to be outwardly outraged. I don’t need to demand apologies from them. They can do whatever they want.”

I think he is on to something there.

The Outrage Machine is doing more damage to our country than either party.

That aint outrage.
That is my observation along with half the country give or take.

You seem to project emotion into posts you disagree with.

You seem to be the one "Outraged" and Offended by my post.

If you are hearing "sounds" in posts, then that is clearly the voice and tone in your own head.

G'day to you.

No,.no. It's not his opinion or emotive at all. It was completely objective. Neutral observers always use this mountain of qualifiers without providing any evidence.

See? It's objective, statistical, legal, AND factual. No way it could be outrageous, whiney, emotive bull#. Says right there, objective and factual.

Absolutely.

You don't need to be outraged to engage in metaphor? Dumpster fire is an apt metaphor for the Trump administration. Foul, mildly destructive to nearby structures but mostly self-destructive and attention grabbing etc.

Sometimes conversing with committed Trump supporters feels like communicating with aliens, where basic logic and speech is not understood.

oops, another metaphor. I must be raging.
