Same, the 5 include two couples (all registered DEMs, but voting red), and one other guy (same).

One couple wasn't too surprising, they're like younger/hotter clones of us, lol...the other couple, was a bit of a surprise though (and they voted for Clinton in 2016, but just won't vote for gridlock. They still hate Trump, but can't deny the results, so they want them to continue.).

As was said, the SMART Dems are going to vote accordingly.

Seems to be. Higher GDP, Lower Unemployment, back on top as the world's #1 economy, all those things Obama said Trump would need a "magic wand" to bring about. Yes. Good job indeed America.

Which is why voting for blue and gridlock in the midterm makes absolutely ZERO sense, even if you hate Trump. You can hate him all you like, but you have to ask yourself if that hate is worth saying goodbye to all of those gains in just under 2 years.

I just got back from early voting. Straight red down the line. Just can’t vote for the ship of blue fools.

Me and my military son just voted red down the line this morning, great feeling. I took the paper the Democrat gave me and balled it up and threw it in the trash as they were watching as I walked inside.

Had a campaigner show up at the front door the other day.
Nice woman.
Started telling me about a local candidate. There was NO party affiliation on the literature she handed me.

Politely, I stopped her in mid-sentence about the two candidates she was pushing...
and I asked: "Democrat or Republican"?

She started fumbling for words and said "Democrat...but they're really moderate."

I said, again politely,..."We're voting Republican this year...and I know for a fact that my neighbors are voting Republican too."

She frowned..I thanked her...and she walked away.
I tossed her fliers in the trash.
