Weather modification. Real or not? Used as weapons?

So the question is can it be done and is it used in light of the major catostrophic events that have happend recently. Example, Dec 26 2004(tsunami), the recent earthquake in Iran and most of the major events in the last 50 years? Do chemtrails have anything to do with the actual act of modifying the weather?

If these weapons are being used, are they also being used to help the nwo as well? Could it be in the plans to help depopulate the earth as well as a weapon of war?

I have always believed that certain governments have been messing with weather control,

I found this statement from the the link perticularly interesting. Can the nwo use weather to destroy anti-nwo countries? Was the tsunami on Dec 26 man-made? I think it was. That region is filled with anti-nwo muslims. Just like Iraq, Iran and Syria.
The recent earthquake in Iran has killed 15,000 people. news.bbc.co.uk...
I think I am going to start keepin up with the weather and what kind of disasters it causes and where they occure.
