A version of liberarinism.

Any federal world government would have strict constitution with very very limited powers.

I would cut the world up in to administrative districts who decide on how the constitution is applied and on local laws. Each district would have no more than 5 million people (bigger the population the more out of touch the leaders are).

The federal constitution would be pretty basic.

1) Freedom of speech and religion.
2) Right to a fair trial.
3) Right for federal districts to form a militia.
4) Every federal district can send a rep to sit on a federal senate.
5) Federal government can only have a military that is equal to 50 districts (there would be around 1000 districts).
7) The federal government can only collect a 1% tax.
8) All districts must have these laws.
No murder
Rape
Theft.
9) The federal government can not interfere with other laws or rights that the districts implement provided they abide by the constitution.
10) If a district fails due to corruption or mismanagement the federal government can remove that districts leaders and replace them in a election but is not obliged to give aid unless that districts mismanagement risks impacting others (IE you # up your own your own).
11) Outlawing of all nuclear weapons, expect for 200 that are to be kept in case of asteroids and in which use requires the authorization of 90% of all districts.
12) Right to property.

Basically complete decentralization of everything to a local level. Welfare, prison services, police services, education ect are all handed on the local level along with how they are funded.

I did have the right for districts to form a militia.

It would be up to the individual districts how that is implemented.

Not everywhere likes the idea of free for all gun rights.

Leave it to the local areas to decide in my opinion.

So your government gets to determine rights?

Think I know who this is. On weekends, the nursing home must have a different medication schedule.

This OP and comments demonstrate the feasibility. we already have dissent. Head shaking and eyes rolling.

It will never happen. The people who work will fight to protect their earned prosperity rather than socialism. We all know how that works right ?

How is this socialism?

How is decentralization socialism?

No property is being taken, no wealth being redistributed.

99% of Power would be devolved to to local level authorities of no more than a few million or fewer if local community's insist.

All decisions that effect your everyday life would be made by local elected leaders that you can easily reach, not out of touch bureaucrats 100's of miles away.

No interfering federal government. The only purpose of said government is to stop different areas from fighting and to make sure some basic fundamental freedoms are adhered to, nothing more.

To devolve power to the local level.

Compared to the situation everyone lives in now where out of touch leaders 100 or 1000's of miles away make descions that affect or ruin or everyday life's.

You talking the whole world ? Sounded like it. So Ethiopia and Bangladesh and Guatemala and all the impoverished places would do What ?

Who's going to raise them out of poverty in this Utopia. Utopia is an oxymoron you know.

In a perfect world ??? maybe your plan would work ...... let a natural disaster occur ......
There's a reason some places are uninhabitable and should not be populated.
Or maybe your thinking of the Georgia Guide stones.

One day there Will be a one world Government ...
And righteousness will prevail.

We aren’t ready, maybe in a few hundred years.

It would never get my vote for dozens of reasons. The first would be gun rights.
