Carter Page Sues DNC And Its Law Firm Over The Steele Dossier

Former Trump campaign associate Carter Page filed a defamation lawsuit Monday against the Democratic National Committee and its law firm, which commissioned the infamous Steele dossier.

Page filed the suit in federal court in Oklahoma against the DNC, the law firm, Perkins Coie, and two of its partners, Marc Elias and Michael Sussmann.

Perkins Coie, which also represented the Hillary Clinton campaign, is the firm that hired Fusion GPS, the opposition researcher that investigated Donald Trump’s links to Russia.

Senate Intel Staffer Pleads Guilty To Lying To FBI About Media Leaks

A former staffer for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence pleaded guilty Monday to lying to the FBI about leaking sensitive information to the media about former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

James Wolfe, the former director of security for the Senate panel, pleaded guilty to one count of making false statements to the FBI during its investigation into media leaks, the Department of Justice announced.

Wolfe, 57, was indicted in June for lying to investigators during a Dec. 15, 2017 interview about his contact with four reporters.

I've been waiting for this.

It will be interesting to see how they handle the discovery process. No playing the 5th there.

Lol.

To explain the 5th in a civil context:

www.washingtonpost.com... b116e3

a decision to take the Fifth may be used against a party in a civil case (if the party is the witness who refuses to testify, or is closely enough connected to the witness). In a criminal case, the judge and the prosecutor may not tell a jury “that it may draw an inference of guilt from a defendant’s failure to testify about facts relevant to his case.” But that’s not so in a civil case, see, e.g., Baxter v. Palmigiano (1976):

[T]he Fifth Amendment does not forbid adverse inferences against parties to civil actions when they refuse to testify in response to probative evidence offered against them.

That's kind of the whole point for Page isnt it?

Oh and he STILL hasn't been charged with anything that made those FISA warrants necessary.

Carter Page said 2 weeks ago on Hannity that his lawyers were lining up ducks in the shooting gallery.

What this proves is that Donald Trump's DOJ (Sessions/Rosenstein) are TRAITORS to his administration. In-Depth Analysis from Someone Who has been thoroughly tracking Deep-State corruption:

Damn this is frustrating. Sorry folks, but this absolutely confirms the ongoing corruption within the DOJ that Attorney General Jeff Sessions is allowing.

This is a Trump administration cover-up.

The DOJ has issued a press release [SEE HERE] outlining a plea agreement with Mr. Wolfe where all charges are dropped except a single count of lying to investigators.

The head of the firm that Hillary paid to have the FAKE Trump Dossier created in 2016, is testifying before Congress tomorrow. Glen Simpson's attorney says that he will "take the 5th", and not answer many (if any) questions.

Clean out the DNC's vaults!

Once the FISA/SPYGATE documents are de-classified, as President Trump ordered 4 weeks ago, Carter Page's attorneys will have an open/shut case for bankrupting the DNC.

Now, George Papadopoulos is preparing to sue somebody, big time.

Perhaps some of the FISA-SPYGATE documents are nearing release?

The Democrats are not listening to reason so it is time they start paying lawsuits and lawyer fees. I think that Page will win this lawsuit, I hope it is followed by many more lawsuits. The Democrats acting like Fascists is not good, they need to get all their ducks in the right row.

To be honest, once the FISA-SPYGATE documents are declassified, nearly $1 Trillion could be awarded, due to individual, business and government (foreign and domestic) lawsuits.
