Okay, I know that brain transplants are not possible but lets believe it is. What do you think would happen, if when someone dies, they give up there body parts to the hospital (i dont know what thats called). And then some other guy is getting a brain transplant...and they use that dead guys brain. Would the dead guy be in that persons like body? (okay...sounds really confusing).

For the most part yes. Our mind set and personality is only built by memory. Assuming the brain retained its memory then yes the new body would now be the dead man's. But there is also physical memory as well. Like how some us can draw or paint really well. I don't think that this would totaly carry over to a new body.
Had the brain not remembered anything then I would say this is a 'new' person.
