In both films, scientists state that the planet will be uninhabitable within 1 generation, making Earth the perfect climate for extraterrestrials to live here.

Is this a coincidence in writing, propaganda to program us to accept as fact, or does Hollyweird know something that we don't?

I noticed it and think I actually made an audible laugh when I saw Venom with my son. I haven't seen Predator yet.

Yes, it's all subliminal conditioning to accept the narrative of the AGW theories.

I don't think it's an agenda, it's just piss poor writing.
Just like all of the movies where we go to other planets to terraform them because earth is dying. We can change a toxic alien environment but not our own... Bad writing.

If you want to get down to brass tacks, most alien invasion movies are kinda dumb when the aliens are here for our resources. Space is full of resources that are much closer and easier than earth. That or they are here to eat us.. That's always a hoot. But you need to move the story along.

Two resources not found in space, protein and chlorophyll.

It's straight out propaganda.

Hollywood is rife with it.

Throw a rock and it'll hit snip.

Maybe, we haven't exactly explored many planets to know.

I enjoyed The Predator but it was more a comedy then anything else.
Autism is the future folks.

Spoilers*

The new predator film finally explains why they hunt, they select the best DNA to augment their own species and create new one's, with earth's time running out they're in a hurry to get as much DNA as possible. I actually enjoyed the story. Kinda lost the shroud of mystery around the predator though, I think that's why the early movies stood out.

But yeah, space invasion movies usually are dumb. We have to have something important for the story to work... Generally the genre appeals to the eyes and not so much the mind.

I preferred Sharknado for my global warming doom porn itch personally. No sugar coating with that.

I liked the whole hunt humans plot line of these movies. It's at least a plausible reason to be here.

Hollywood knows something you don't. They probably listen to what scientists have to say.

I really didn’t like Predator. Streamed it the other night and caught myself doing other things. Just couldn’t stay focused on it.

SO is this thread about coincidences in the two movies, hollyweird in general or their glee making propaganda? Or how the NWO wants us conditioned variably dillyting our actual art intake through movies??

Ahem. How about we discuss the movies or change the title OP? I haven’t seen predator but want to. Just watched the original with GF (she’d never seen it).

Venom isn my all time favorite and I just saw it last night. Pretty good. But I wish they’d gone more Watchmen and less Deadpool. Venom is strong enough of a character to stand on their own...

Sounds like the same stuff we hear in every show about climate change.

If you watch venom again, pay attention to his shirt. For a good amount of time he’s got a gray shirt on with a big Freemason symbol ( square and compass) and an all seeing eye in the middle of it.

Just thought that was interesting when I saw it.

Wow, thanks for reminding me that I actually watched the new Predator a couple of weeks ago......Ive basically forgotten about it already.........totally the opposite to the effect the original had, and Soooo many boring cliches, it gets monotonous....

No, Hollyweird knows nothing more than anyone else.

Actually, a weird series that I just finished watching yesterday is ...The Preacher... quite entertaining....makes you want for more.
Based on a graphic comic.

Is The Venom worth watching?

If you've read the comics Venom fluctuates between Deadpool and Watchmen very regularly. I'm not up him in the last 10 years though but 80s and 90s he was like that especially when he got his first limited series.

I ll go with D thanks John

Non of the above.

Its called story telling, many times ideas are taken from one place and inserted into anther but dressed slightly different.

There were 2 films released in 98 about comets/asteroids hitting earth.

One even had a Black President.

However, 1 point you made that holds too much truth on too many levels.

Media, movies and Hollywood do use propaganda to program those of less will power and to try and influence those with a little stronger will power.

The preacher is the first show I've watched weekly for a very long time, it's addictive.

It's cheesy too but in a really good way, well written and immersive.
