What if all the things Trump has been accused of and investigated for are actually what they want to try (in court) the past administration for?

A precedent has been set. What Trump was investigated for any past president can be investigated for.

Now, what if obama gets investigated? I mean really investigated by an honest FBI and an honest DOJ. IMO he would be in trouble. Big trouble.

Aside from the claim you made that has almost no statistical chance.....

I voted for Trump because he wasn't Hillary.

I don't trust him, and I sure as hell hope he doesn't get that many picks.

I don't think everything he has done is bad, but I've never been a Trump supporter, and haven't seen enough yet to hope he gets all those picks.

Just remember he isn't a true concervative (I'm not one either, just saying), he's an opportunist, and a good one at that. My guess is he was a Democrat because that was hip and jibe in NYC, then he saw the Republicans putting the absolute worst candidates up for president and saw his chance.

Perhaps if the circumstances surrounding the nomination were illegal, but otherwise no -- I agree with you.

For instance, suppose Obama colluded with Russia on SCOTUS nominations and took money from Russian interest groups in exchange for nominating a particular justice, and that justice was aware, then the justice could be impeached and indicted. A crime committed by Obama alone would be his and only his problem.

Word is Stephen Breyer goes next, then RBG.

Then maybe Thomas ( to guarantee a Conservative nominee).

Interestingly, no one has suggested that a few of the current SCs may be under investigation for wrong doing.

That could well lead to impeachment.

Jobs for the boys and gals may well backfire.

No. In fact the truth is she doesn’t even have the strength to wear normal clothes. I manage nursing homes for a living. The last video she was in she was wearing the same throwover things our total care residents wear when they “get up”.
Ironically I was defending her mind in that thread but I felt weird in the moment.I knew I was probably wrong, but I was trying to be fair. She has hired a team of consultants that tell her what to think and how to interpret. Now she is just an idea. A figurehead of an ideology she was voted to represent

Well, we know the past Presidents that are bad people, both Bushes, Clinton, Obama.

Any of the Justices they put in would be suspect since they only put their own players in.

I would suggest that this is already in play in a big way.

It would take 75% of the Senate to impeach a Justice, I can't picture a democrat voting to remove their own. However, if they were impeaching conservative Justices, I could picture republicans making the dumbest possible decisions regarding the circumstances.
