Have you considered a letting agency? They take all the work out of your hands for a percentage, from the little I understand. I wouldn't want just any Tom, Dick or Harry either.

Third night in a row i am having coffee at around 2 AM. I have somehow messed up my sleep rhythm, but i don't mind too much.

Is it dark and gloomy in Finland? It's been dark and rainy here all week...pretty depressing with no sunshine.

I like dark and gloomy being very light sensitive.

Right now it is. Only light here now comes from my laptop screen Recent days have been foggy and rainy. I like it. Hoping for a real winter this year, last 2 have been slippery here in southern finland due to nights being just below freezing and days just above.
