See how they are?? Sometimes snuggly, other times scratchish.

Imagine thinking that your posterior was so deliciously fragrant that you rewarded your loved ones by sitting on their heads.

I knew there was a reason I didn't want to ask what the word meant. Thanks.

I almost googled it. Didn't want to appear ignorant, lol.

argentus...I thought the shrimp ring being rubbed on me was like 'marking property'...a way of showing ownership of me. My last cat was ridiculously affectionate though. I never had to try to decipher her behaviour, she was a cuddly baby (and I still miss her dreadfully).

Hey Night!
I adore that picture so much.

I thought it was photo-shopped but read online that field mice are attracted to the pollen and actually will curl up and fall asleep inside a flower. (which is the cutest thing...ever!!)

Quiet in here tonight eh?

Too quiet. I took off to facebook and didn't think anyone was in here. HI!

I prefer to keep cats organized like this.

Oh hi hunny!! How cute is that??
I can imagine walking past them and all their little paws coming out to swat at you!

I'm in the process of switching from the laptop back to the tablet...so I'm not ignoring anybody...just will be slower now.

I find that the tend not to swat at me if I file them alphabetically. It makes everyone happy.

See ya when you get back here on your tablet.

The transition went smoothly lol.

You "file them" alphabetically? Oh be honest...cats only do what they want to do...so if they're "filed" it's because they choose to be.

Very interesting cover of Rolling In The Deep .👍🏼

*waves to everyone *

I can’t say I’m a real cat person, though I loved my son’s cats.
Had a boyfriend at one time whos cat liked to climb in bed and sit on your head or snuggle up right to your face. I can’t breathe with cat hair near my nostrils and needless to say that cat learned to stay away from me in bed.😆

I know we have fans of this young lady in the Shed, so I am posting another tune.

What? You must read the fine (but invisible) print in what I type. I just rename them each time they jump up here to keep things alphabetically in order otherwise chaos would ensue.

I really loved that, thank you for posting it! I can see why she has fans here, I think you can add me to that list.

Blue...I know you are just joking with me, but funny thing is I always did end up re-naming my cats (and ferrets). They would be given a name originally but over time, getting to know their personality...they would end up getting a nickname that would usually become what I called them all the time.

I do the same thing. My cats have at least a half dozen names each.

I totally can relate. It just happens over time.

The most I've ever had at one time is 3 and they all got along great.
I've known people who got carried away and had a house full of kitties...I think there can be too much of a good thing.

Based on past experience of being a cat rancher I've found the 3 is the magic number of cats needed for a household. Any more than that can be quite a chore even though they are little angels most of the time.

My most commonly used last name for my cats is butt. Such as Busy Butt, Baby Butt, or the ever popular quit scratching that you butt.

So sorry folks! I have a headache and my stomach is acting up.

Yep me too with the 3 cats at a time. Down to one now and much easier to manage.

Just took a couple of Tylenol and need something to eat. I'll try to keep up. LOL
