Those little buggers are unpredictable. Can't always trust them, especially with our drinks, though some of those drinks are pretty darned good if I do say so myself.

My husband's leaving the Vampire Shift and switching to days in a couple of weeks. He can no long hide from meetings on the overnight shift, they're making him show up for them now by default, mwahaha.

Ironically, he'll see less sun working days. He'll leave before the sun rises, and get home after it sets. Right now, he has the afternoon sun...ok, this is MI, there IS no afternoon sun this time of year, we're putting Seattle's cloud cover to shame. Anyway, right now, he gets...afternoon illumination on his way to work, and gets home before sunrise.

I told him congrats, welcome to the realm of the living, accept the light! It only burns a little...

All jokes aside, it really takes a toll on the mind and body being on the graveyard shift. Kudos to him for finding a way off it. Should pay off come spring. Only like 16 more months of winter to get there!!

We're in the middle of straightening out all his meds. Evidently, he's on too much or at higher doses than he should be. He has a medical advocate working things out with all his Doctors. Thanks for asking.

Cadbury's (a British producer of chocolate) makes a chocolate liqueur. It might make an easy starting point for a recipe. Just add mint.
