I know it was a popular cartoon. I just don't remember much at all about it.

Lol...I'm having a hard time keeping up with conversations tonight!
Not complaining though...fun to see so many people in here.

I WAS being cute or thought so anyway. The wording just sounded strange to me in your reply.

You were and are cute and I thought I was too. We present my favorite cartoon.

I apologize for being insensitive.
They do have a twisted sense of humor I do hope you get me now.

I think some have left. I'm opening the peach flavored beer now. Should be interesting, or gross.

It was just the wording of the post, not the humour. I'm sure it was just a mistake in the wording.

Sorry about that, Jacy. I'm sure our conversations can lighten up now. Hope you are feeling well today. We got snow here earlier but people don't seem to mind. There are events happening as it is a long weekend: Remembrance Day weekend (for non-Canadians, it is our Veterans' Day.)

I'm sure it was just a mistake in the wording.

Well no it was not a mistake. It was a twist on how funny we can be as humans when we want something. Example. Woman puts on a nice dinner and half way through she casually says they need a new car. Or he cooks up a hell of a BBQ and says at some point they are putting up a new garage instead of the new kitchen.
We are funny. I think it is amusing how we interact.
I have been loyal, supportive and defended the Shed going on four years now.
No it was not a mistake, but I am sorry if I hurt any ones feelings, for that I will apologize.

Oh hun...no apologies necessary to me!
I'm slow tonight poking the touch screen on the tablet, that's why it's taking me so long to respond to people.

We are starting to get the snow here now and it's colder...below freezing. I freaking hate it and will bitch until next summer, lol.

I just spit my tea out reading that Night "unleashed the puppies"...hehe...it's a girl thing.
Everything good in your world?

Calvin & Hobbes was my favorite strip in the Sunday comics!! I have several books of them now, I can never get enough of Calvin's antics.

This one has always been my absolute favorite, it still cracks me up every time XD

Did you get anything fun?
I love my second hand stores. There are so many off cast gems. I dig through the books and come home with precious treasures. Some are collectibles that I acquire for a few cents.

I have one from 1926, that I can't find registered any where. It is in mint condition. And a first edition of "The Never Ending Story"

Let's see, for really, really cheap, I got a lovely pashmina scarf, a fake fur collar to wear with a sweater and a hand carved little seagull on a piece of driftwood.

Watterson was ingenious. He perceived and depicted the human condition in a ruthless manner. I once gave a copy to some friends ten year old. They returned the gift with the explanation that it wasn't "politically" correct.

Apple Sauce. Sounds like a good thing to make on a cold day. Where did apple sauce and especially apple butter origin from?

THEY CAUGHT YOU, NIGHT! With the puppies, I mean lol

Yes, she can be funny like that. Super ladylike then hits you with something you don't suspect. Guess that's true of me too lol

I'm fine with the snow but then, I don't have to drive in it. It usually gets to me by late winter when it feels it should have changed seasons months ago lol

Uh, what kind of fake fur? and what is a pashmina? Yes I could look it up but I would rather have you describe it.
I like drift wood, so smooth and with a history, it takes an effort for the water to curb the wood and the wood must be strong but pliable. An analogy?
