Grabbing someone without prior consent is assault. You don't get a free grab, and then it only becomes assault the second time.

If you're being judged on your ethics, they should historically reflect what is considered correct in the present day.

So, tapping somebody on the shoulder, making attempt to hold a hand, or taking the chance on the first kiss is assault. Who wants to data a guy that is not even willing to take a chance on a first kiss?

Or how about,
Hey, your cute. Can you please give me a time line and required goals so I know when it is appropriate to initiate the first holding of hands?

Should I be judged on what I did in 1980 or what I am doing today?

I don't expect much out of common rabble. If you want to be part of the nobility though (such as it exists in the US) you need to be better than that. You should be capable of extrapolating every action you take in life, out decades and take the appropriate action based on that. If you can't do that, make room for someone who can.

Not comfortable to act like an adult and actually talk to someone about those things?

You're claiming she lied...do you have proof of this?
Yes. All of her witnesses shared the same story that they have no memory of such an event every happening. Ford said she's got a fear of flying but flies everywhere. Has a fear of small spaces and single doors but lived in a 500 sq ft apartment with 1 door for 8 years. Can't remember anything about the party except Kav and drinking one beer and the three witnesses that already said they don't recall. So many holes in her story, how could anyone think she's telling the truth?

Not following through with unwanted groping is a good start.

Everything you said is your opinion.
I fear flying...but I fly a lot

Ford said she was willing to talk with staffers and committee members if they came to California to speak with her, but did not think that was an option. When Grassley said he had made offers to fly out to talk to her, she thanked him but said she did not know at the time what his communications meant.

Is giving a child that doesn’t want a shot assault. Ok to hold down a screaming child for multiple shoots is ok
but spanking is bad?
Is giving CPR to an incapacitated person assault.
Is reaching out to steady a falling drunken women assault. The claim she cannot give consent because she is drunk?
What about medical procedures for a drunk person?
So your statement should be “grabbing an unwilling individual in a sexually explicit manner, or totally void of goodwill is assault.”
