51 GOP - Murkowski = 50

50 GOP - Daines = 49

49 No + Murkowski = 50

50 No - Murkowski = 49

My math checks out assuming all others vote party lines.

The Democratic Senator from West Virginia has said he's a "yes."

Your math is wrong. Maybe you'll believe it after the vote.

My math was based on the fact that I said if everyone else voted party line. It was also BEFORE he came out with his yes vote announcement.

I know you desperately for some reason what to seem all high and mighty right now, but we said the same thing in the end but you had to be all dick about it.

Of course kavanaugh was always going to be nominated in the end... It was a fun little head trip to disconnect from reality and to pretend justice might prevail... But that was just a delusional fantasy.

Justice you say? Why Justice? why is it always Injustice the left cries whenever they dont get their way OUTSIDE THE LAW?

Justice did prevail, Justice by LAW. they failed to prove any of the allegations or come up with reliable witness accounts to provide as evidence of any wrongdoing.
Bearing False witness for a Political Angle is not Justice nor is it Justifiable my dear fellow...

Your side tried to stab a man in the back with a knife of lies, And got knocked out by the counter strike.

He came out with his announcement almost immediately after Collins' speech. Perhaps you missed it. In any case, the final tally thus far is 50 yes, 48 no, 1 present, 1 abstain. One Senator can defect and Pence will still be able to step in and clinch the vote.

Party line counts is a poor way to try to calculate a vote. It's actually part of the problem.
