She is currently 10 points down in her Senate run... 60% of ND in a recent survey wants BK on the Supreme court.

She's in a real tough spot right now.

I'm not saying that it's over, but when the only play the Dems have left is to question the integrity and effectiveness of the same FBI that they've championed in the Trump investigation, yeah, it's pretty much over.

This was always about the midterm voters for those who were on the fence. Everyone knew the end result, they just had to go through the motions for political reasons.
