The whole situation shouldnt really be a surprise to anyone, what are they fighting for really? Preserving their precious right to define life in the most arbitrary way possible(by location) because that conveniently lets them end an innocent life, even at 8 or 9 months. Some states will certainly limit abortion if RowVWade is overturned, but all that is going to do is put the late term abortions at risk.

If you sold your soul to get elected for that, this is exactly what we should expect from Dems. Imo there can be honest disagreement on if or when abortion is right, but the late term abortion is just blatant murder.

Hopefully it is overturned and it can be voted on like every other issue in a democracy. There is no reason a couple of appointed judges should be deciding this issue.

If they new what a quagmire the nomination process would become, I wonder if that would have given the justices pause when they made decision?
