How about some vintage classic debates, with a shot ton of class that you don't get to see anymore

He would most likely bash the conservative platforms, but in the above he talks about wolves wearing sheep clothing.

Also most of the YouTube comments are about how civil the convo is.

And triggered...you mean like a bomb or "ITS A TRAP".

Here I am reading thru threads to notice your post. I've found to be like me in opinion. That was until now when stating your support for gay rights. I see that as a sickness and people now days glorify it. What used to be wrong is now right. What used to be right is now wrong.

Who cares?

It's a free country. What problem do you have with liberty?

I agree with David64.
I support gay rights, women's rights over their reproductive systems, smaller military. I think religion is manipulative group think and shouldn't be anywhere near our laws.

But the pathological lying, hypocrisy and corruption of the leftists is mind boggling. And that's why I support Trump against them.

I'm not a republican or conservative.

Full Story Here

Kanye West delivered an impromptu speech defending his support for President Trump at the end of his “Saturday Night Live” appearance, receiving boos from the audience and causing some of the cast members to shake their heads in disapproval.

“I wanna cry right now, black man in America, supposed to keep what you’re feelin’ inside right now…” West says with a melody playing in the background. “The blacks want always Democrats…you know it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare… does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan.”

In another clip West continues, “There’s so many times I talk to a white person and [they] say, ‘How could you like Trump, he’s racist?’ Well, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago.”

A lot of people have moved further right since watching the lies thrown at Trump and hearing the guarantees of his destruction of this country only to see that he's doing everything he promised and bringing this country back, helping everyone who is has drive, whether rich or poor. Some remained in their same political state but as the left moved further left, their still position was suddenly viewed by the left as right wing. In today's society, it takes a lot of will power and balls to admit your support for Trump, if you're famous for anything. The rest laugh, ignorantly, because they don't understand how things work and think they're untouchable because they're millionaires.

I admire Kanye West for standing his ground in the politically cancerous celebrity society he lives in. I also find it peculiar that people think the band behind him were keeping their head down in shame yet while BLM holds one of their ungodly horrific speeches (if that's what you want to call it) are said to be doing so as a moment of silence/support for what's being said. The main question I have is, why are democrats and civil rights celebrities bashing a black man for thinking independently? We found out in 2008 that disagreeing with anyone of color was racist by these same people so why is it ok for them to do when they disagree with a person of color?

Of course...it's a comedy show

you give examples of independant thought as if they somehow prove he participates in groupthink?

LOL

Oh wait, so being anti constitution now is a good thing? Wait, I thought all the evil leftist wanted to destroy the constitution?

I also thought that it was in the leftist/democrat playbook to call white rebublicans racist? You know, like "Bush don't like black people".

Oh, independent thought it is now...lol right.

Naw, he is too influencial and any move to remove him would result in backlashes. There is a large african american community who support Trump as well, this isn't lopsided.

Is this the same 'independent' thinker that stated he wanted to abolish the 13th ammendment?

The same one that said Bush dont like black people ?

Kanye is an idiot, always has been, always will be.

Lol, 'independent thinker' .... no that's not how it works, agreeing with you != independent thinker.

But an independent thinker makes decisions based on his own opinions, he doesn't say and do as commanded. I'm not a liberal, agreeing with me isn't a deciding factor in being an independent thinker.

Oh man please, had Kanye said '# trump' this OP would be another 'HURR WE DONT CARE what celebrities have to say blah blah blah hollywood blah blah blah evil leftist' . There are ample examples already on this current websites and I'll bet you one gold dinar you've made an appearance.

The skeptic in me thinks that Kanye is only doing this to get with Candace Owens.

But seriously, why do we care what Kanye West or any celebrity thinks about anything?

I miss the days when I could do escapist activities and ACTUALLY ESCAPE the political fictions of various left or right think tanks.

I don't care about your half-baked agenda I just want to watch some football, or relax by listening to a good piece of music, or unwind by taking in a good comedy.

If I wanted to be subjected to parrot politics I'd sit down to Thanksgiving dinner with my family.

Vox has a kinda sorta decent article which explains that Kanye's problem with the 13th Amendment is that it didn't end all slavery, as it still allows for involuntary servitude for those convicted and imprisoned, thus creating a profit incentive for ever more "crimes" to prosecute and incarcerate, with Blacks disproportionately affected.

The controversy over Kanye West’s 13th Amendment tweets, explained

I have much respect and appreciation for Kanye's efforts. He's an independent thinker because he's willing to learn and step outside his comfort zone. To really be effective, he needs to learn to express his thoughts better. But that will come with practice and experience.

I think I'd really enjoy a discussion with him here on ATS... it sure wouldn't be boring!

Go ask Bill Cosby.... he did more for the black community than Kanye will ever do. He gives his infamous "poundcake speech" and next thing you know the black community is coming for his throat.

Go ask Steve Harvey.... he just met with Trump and had the black community coming for his throat.

"It was so vicious that it really threw me. I was being called names that I've never been called: Uncle Tom. A coon. A sellout. Because I went to see this man?! Which only happened because my business partner got a call from the Obama transition team, who said that the Trump transition team would like to set up a meeting," he said.

Hell, Clarence Thomas didn't even get an exhibit in the African-American history museum in DC until a year after opening when they got called out for the bias.

So let me get this straight. When people talk out against Trump, they are scolard heroes. When people speak on behalf of Trumps achievements, they're mental?

Yep.. Looks like we're in deep doo doo...

What I like about Kanye: he's provocative.

In fact, I say that he provokes the conversations that should actually happen.

Is he crazy? As a football bat. But he is speaking out against groupthink and social pressuring that results in group think. He's not wrong in that respect.

He replaced Ariola Grande, she declined the part due to "emotional reasons."

That's a heckuva name. Must be like dinner plates

This is why I despise Malcolm X.

In his eyes, no white person has the ability to be seriously, honestly and compassionately true toward their fellow man.

Guess us white folk have no heart nor soul.

"Thinking independently" There's your answer. The douchebag Left have no use for anyone who doesn't goose-step in sync with their whine of the day.

M'eh. Step outside of conservative views, as a conservative, and see how quickly you're thrown under the bus and labeled a RINO.

You won't be labeled a RINO unless you cower to liberal demands. Flake is a perfect example. A wimp and a RINO.

And you just proved my point.

Well? RINO does mean "Republican In Name Only" so yeah, when you claim to be a Republican but give off liberal views, the name fits like a glove, no?

Groupthink you say.
Trump supporters exibit that behavior aswell. ATS is a proof that. You get labeled as a socialist, communist, globalist, fake news, libtard, Hillary lover, pedophile and whatnot if you criticize Trump. Isn't that social pressure? If a Hollywood actor criticizes Trump than he's a globalist pedophile, but when an entertainer such as Kanye, who's part of the very same elite you label as pedophiles , supports Trump than he's a free thinker.
You guys would be defending the Clintons If Hillary endorsed Trump tomorrow.
Full of crap.

Have you considered that the crowd might be booing at just Kayne?

The dude-lost in his egomania-named his child after a direction on a compass. What is their next child gonna be called... North by North?

I do not care if he supports Trump, that's his view and he has a right to express it, and I have the right to express mine. Kanye is a certifiable egomaniacal assclown, a talentless hack who would probably faint if he had to play guitar on stage. The crowd might've reacted differently if it was another celebrity, but it's Kayne and he is a popular as a fart in an elevator.

PS: I hope this thread is satire.

I don't care for his music but his net worth is $160,000,000.00 and his clothing line is worth $1.5 billion so he's obviously doing something right.

I'd much rather be a Trump supporter as they're far more popular than an anti-Trumper in every view outside of media and Hollywood, so he's much more popular than a fart in an elevator. I'd give that honor to Diane Feinstein right now, and she probably smells like one, too.

No, it's not satire. The video is in the link. I know, how dare Kanye think on his own. That's SOOO outside the liberal bubble.

Are you calling Kanye a "leftist"? Because I am saying he is thinking freely about things and not participating in left/right "please rent space in my brain" thinking.

Oh, independent thought it is now...lol right.

Laugh all you want.
