I got it and appreciated it. Yes, the headline was... over the top. But I enjoyed writing it

I have to agree, this must be satire.

Having watched Kav’s performance the other evening, here in the U.K., I have to say he seemed actually pretty dim. Fortunately for him he was in front of a committee of even more intellectually challenged individuals.

This guy is no super brain. Half the time he appeared quite thrown by simple question and missed so many opportunities to strike back reasonably at the insanity.

What he actually did do was come across as a bit of a slow, grumpy posh boy, a little confused. Here in the U.K. I guess we’d characterise it as a sort of ‘Tim, nice but dim’ performance.

That being said I think he is completely innocent of the garbage thrown at him by Ballsy Fraud.

I also think he fudged the truth a couple of times in his testimony, but really, who hasn’t done some stupid things in college and University? Last I heard, that was not a crime.

I was waiting for him to say something like "I know you are but what am I" or "that's what your momma said". He really reminds me of Al Bundy in a way, where he peaked in HS and his family and connections have carried him on from there. Al relives his HS glory days on the gridiron but Bart had his family and connections to carry him on to the IV leauge (get it, IV leauge - where sometihng like 50% us IV drugs some studies say!!!)

I saw a person with arrested development, sure he may have some higher level experience in government after graduation, but when he was being asked if he drank beer and he replied "do you? Do you? What do you drink?" As a judge he was acting like a 5-6 year old - the same thing when asking about blacking out and asking a senator who's dad is an alccoholic "have you ever passed out? Have you? I just wanted to know" - response from senator "I don't have a drinking problem" - Kav "yeah, neither do I".

I just CAN NOT fathom that he has never passed out from drinking. I don't think I know one person I grew up with who 'partied" (mildly or hard) who hasn't. It is how we learn our limits. We get to a point where it happens and say "WHHOOOOAAAA, now I know not to do that again" or "Now I know this alcohol doesn't agree with me" or "Now I know never to drink on an empty stomach". Being young adult neophytes to the drinking world, we aren't expected to be experts in how it effects us, add in peer pressure and you are bound to have an episode or 2 or 200, lol.

The thing is that most people realize it and feel the shame afterwards, the embarrassment of WTF happened and then usually comes the week(s) of sobriety after (or hours in some people cases I guess, those who REALLY like BEER, SMDH). But acknowledging it admitting it and correcting it shows more of a man than a person who says "Not me, I've always known my limits, never had too much and have never been "wrong" in this case" That is a tough one to swallow.

I think his god-like hair scares Democrats. In fact, I am going to make a new thread on it so I can get me some s-n-f's.

I thought he did admit to passing out when he was making it clear that passing out was different from blacking out? He said passing out is simply falling asleep and that is all he ever experienced when he drank too much beer. He fell asleep.

I agree, those subhumans we call Democrats should just accept the fact that Kavanaugh has been imbued with God's knowledge and is the smartest man ever, why they question his character is blasphemy.

Trump is always 4 steps ahead of those treasonous liberals and their scheming ways, he's the only man on Earth capable of playing 4D chess with people's minds so they may as well give up, they're hopeless.

All hail Kavanaugh and Trump, the smartest men alive. Amen.

you are playing right into their hands. Divide is what they want, and you are doing your part. Mindless comments won't unite us all. Be the change. Don't spread hate. It's what they want.

You realize this garbage is the REASON we are winning, do you not?

If you are gonna be a smart-a$$, the least you could do is be a GOOD one.

I know, maybe if we just keep hammering on it, over, and over, and over, and over, and over, he'll eventually come around...

Yes?

Well the biggest reason to not appoint him at the moment is he will be the deciding vote on gamble v the United states. If passed this will allow the president to pardon state crimes. Kav also believes the president should be all powerful and that is not something either side should want.

And Herr Drumpf donated ALL the proceeds from any monies incurred AFTER His 6 bankruptcies...

And Dave Rockefeller going through 7 human hearts: He is just lucky to get His name drawn each time.. The Rockefeller name had nothing to do with it...

President Trump has good qualities found in Moses and Jesus.

I really love that part of the Bible where Jesus says: "Grab them by the pussy because ye can". And I was so inspired by that story where Moses went out and banged a porn star while his wife was at home in their tent with their new uncircumcised baby boy!

That's what I meant with the "over, and over, and over" thing. Sometimes what I type doesn't sound exactly the same as I hear it in my head, hehe.

I'm not sure you can claim Kavanaugh has a 'God like intellect' when he literally called out an entire political party as his enemies during the hearing. Up till this point judges were assumed to remain unbiased to give weight to their rulings as impartial axioms derived directly from law. Now that Kavanaugh has outed himself as antagonistic to half the country, its hard to make the aforementioned claim of impartiality with a straight face. Are we now to enter into an era were SC justices routinely recuse themselves from situations where they are biased because they've now become politicized hit men working for their respective parties?

Correction: Are we now to enter into an era were SC justices routinely refuse to recuse themselves from situations where they are biased because they've now become politicized hit men working for their respective parties?

Justice Thomas and Kagan both refused to recuse themselves of health care issue cases that they had clear vested interest in.

Kavanaugh, a man who has caught the attention of an ever polarized country, and yet many support him.

So while many think he is a good thing, I wonder how many would support say the NSA or other government monitoring their private emails and phone numbers?

Are we prepared to violate a treaty, signed in good faith, and start torturing people? Even though a person who is put under torture, will often say and do anything to stop said treatment? And in some cases could be a clear cut violation of the Geneva convention. Would we be willing to accept such if it were to happen to say a US serviceman?

How about a president, should that man be above the law? Where if the president violates the law while in office, he is thus immune, and could by virtue of his office, in short not ever be held accountable, cause that person could pardon himself? Where would the justice be for the victim or the country?

These are the very things that the nominated Kavanaugh has been either associated with, or has written an opinion about. So should those not also be considered?

first off, that's ridiculous

secondly, if you pay attention to Trump's deal making strategy he will present the craziest solution first and scale back to what he actually wants

so if Kavanaugh isn't really the guy he wants but is the crazy right wing pro Bush pick then who does he really want?

I heard him say he can easily appoint the lady I can't remember her name
