Looks like someone set off fireworks in a garbage can.

Aww, that was really an unfortunate and # thing to conspire to do on this date. Lighting Fireworks? Hope it was an accident unrelated to celebration. Nothing celebratory about this let alone the PTSD sufferers that were there having to deal with the nightmare all over again.

Blimey, my brother has just gone to Las Vegas for a holiday. Landed yesterday. There is no way for us to get in touch with him. I hope hes OK.
