That doesn’t work well re coffee as most people drink later in the day and for a lot of people, coffee that late would make them have trouble sleeping.

One way to quit a bad habit. Is to substitute it with something else. Do you like coffee?
If so when you have the urge to drink try a cup of Joe.
Or one of those foam,milk and coffee things that have coffee in them but you wouldn’t know it .
A lot of people drink very regularly. More than you might realize.

If been sober just for 21 days is a big deal, you got a problem.
If you stay sober until January, you solved that problem.

I will try my hardest to stay sober for a month as drink and me are not the best of friends when it comes to the hang-overs . 8-9 months sober is not unusual for me but when i get the taste
