When I saw the claim that Avenatti got punked by 4ch (fri or sat?) and then his total meltdown, I told my mom "Just wait Mon he'll show up with some hanger on or wanna-be-hanger-on from that era/area who is a 'bit' crazy and has financial difficulties or is just not wealthy." Then POOF Mon there's Swetnik. After a brief online look around about her, I then procceeded to LMFAO.

Swetnick now becomes Sputnik.

Did a body language expert provide analysis of Swetnick's interview, because I need a good laugh. Heck, I'm no expert, but I sense that 90% of her statement is made up BS! She has been obviously 'coached' by that narcissistic turd Avanetti. If Avanetti runs for president, his opponent's highlight reel of all his "accomplishments' should win an Oscar for best comedy in 2020!

I don't know if Kavanaugh will pursue one...but Mark Judge has grounds for a VERY winnable multi-million dollar lawsuit for defamation against Swetnick and Avannati.

Swet's claims are falling apart, eh? Pretty easy to guess considering 1) Avenatti is involved 2) it is part of the most politicized allegations in history.

Not to mention the absurdity of her claims on their face. It just isn't believable. No normal/actual person would "report in" 10-20 times over 2 years for multiple gang-rapes unless they intended to participate willingly. Which given her background and the dirt they've dug up on Swet I'm not surprised here either. She seems like a real degenerate with a history of colorful accusations, death threats and a total lack of credibility

On a side note, is anybody else snickering that the democrats pushed for this FBI investigation? If they do indeed speak to any accusers (which they may or may not, probably not though) then she will be extremely discrediting for them and that peeping Tom: Avenatti.

Well, not really... all this person says is that Swetnick was into group sex and that he didn't believe her story about Kavanaugh. It's not much more than a negative character witness.

He does say, however, that Swetnick told him that she had sex with several men at once in high school.
She didn;t tell him she was assaulted or raped.

To be honest, I don't think that this witness is either positive or negative for BK.

Can a defendant in a criminal case accuse the prosecutor of some unverifiable crime? How about candidates for POTUS?
