Okay, recall her "sworn" affidavit. She was pretty damn sure and swore under penalty of perjury that she witnessed him actually doing these things.

I have serious doubts as to whether her statement is legitimately under penalty of felony. There are discrepancies with it that make me think it is not really valid.
