Other sources close to the situations have confirmed the Crown Investigation Service of Russia (CISR) has already dismissed all the allegations against Kavanaugh as BS.

Worse than a troll. A Canadian meddling in our politics so a severe case of international TDS.

A Trudeau fan? Oh man. Is the Stanley cup even in Canadian hands anymore? We take everything good Canada has to offer and we leave them with people like the poster.

Canadia is still mad at us in Pittsburgh for having the good luck to draft Lemieux and Sidney Crosby...........

Irrelevant, here is the endgame:

1. Repubs retain power post November.
2. Trump 2020.
2. Stack the Supreme Court with Americans, not globalists.

Keep your eye on the ball, you're way off target.

www.nbcnews.com...

WASHINGTON — The White House is limiting the scope of the FBI’s investigation into the sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, multiple people briefed on the matter told NBC News.

While the FBI will examine the allegations of Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez, the bureau has not been permitted to investigate the claims of Julie Swetnick, who has accused Kavanaugh of engaging in sexual misconduct at parties while he was a student at Georgetown Preparatory School in the 1980s, those people familiar with the investigation told NBC News. A White House official confirmed that Swetnick's claims will not be pursued as part of the reopened background investigation into Kavanaugh.

This is an obvious case of fast tracking a nominee for political reasons and in the face of serious allegations that will not be investigated properly.

In addition we can be sure that Judge Kavanaugh will not be tested for drugs, despite exhibiting behavior as he testified that indicates a reasonable suspicion that he may be a user of co*aine.

With or even without increased amounts of coke, these can progress to excitement, flightiness, emotional instability, restlessness, irritability, apprehension, inability to sit still, cold sweats, tremors, twitching of small muscles (especially of the eyes and other face muscles, fingers, feet), and muscle jerks.

This is not the sort of thing that will set people's minds at rest about a judge who could sit on the court for another thirty years, and who was appointed simply for his utility as a blocker in a looming impeachment process against President Trump.

Read this OP my friends. Read it over and over. Slowly. As many times as you can will yourself to do so.

Read it and understand.

This is exactly why this country has an official policy about not dealing with terrorists. Once you cave, even one time, then your nuts are in a vice from that point forward. It never, ever stops, until in the end the only alternative is force.

This is what happens when one side makes at least an attempt to play fair, when the other side has no intention of even entertaining the NOTION of playing fair.

It's also EXACTLY what happened with Hitler during the run-up to WWII.

There is a REASON why it is said that those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it.

By the mid 1930s, the Allies knew that Germany had completely disregarded the Treaty of Versailles, and was re-arming on a MASSIVE scale.

No significant action was taken.

Austria.

No significant action was taken.

The Sudetenland.

Nada.

"Hitler states that he has no further territorial demands".

They didn't have an ounce of integrity. The Republicans brought Mitchell in to question Ford because they couldn't trust themselves to be civilized if they did it themselves.

Lol you are really bad.....

I hope she does file a criminal complaint. Police in Maryland will have jurisdiction in that case and would, one hopes, do a competent investigation. Of course jurisdiction has been pulled out from a police department before, in the JFK assassination case for example.

Avenatti is a serious guy. I hope they can make a solid case for the police to investigate. We'll have to wait for it, but I do agree that a criminal complaint needs to be made formally at the earliest possible date.

It's possible that Trump is shy of Avenatti, hence the attempt to navigate around him.

Here we go again. More false hopes are going to get shattered. The MD PD just shut down a request for an investigation from 1982, with a 1 year statute of limitations, with no corroborating evidence. It's a political sham. Plain & simple.

Anything that happened when he was a kid that was not reported to the police isn't going to have the outcome you want it to have unless you have irrefutable truth to back it up.

Why?

The police said so. www.mymcpnews.com... ations-delegations-request-to-open-criminal-investigation-against-judge-brett-kavanaugh/

despite exhibiting behavior as he testified that indicates a reasonable suspicion that he may be a user of co*aine.

What behavior is that? That he was pissed off at the way his reputation and family have been dragged through the mud? The behavior of a human to have a swell of emotion at the thought of everything they worked for being forever tarnished for someone else's political gain that made them want to cry?

You obviously have ZERO clue what you're talking about.

Either that, or this is the most desperate reach I've ever seen.

A drug test could be done very easily. When Kavanaugh's nomination was withdrawn, if that happened, the White House could simply say that the president did not want to roil the country further with an unpopular nominee.

FBI is doing a background investigation extension NOT a criminal investigation. And in point of fact they do not have jurisdiction and the Dems know it. You should as well. Thus is can be limited in the way stipulated and not be considered obstruction.

So tired of you never Trumpers spewing your garbage without looking a facts, strategic situation, and what is allowed or limited by law. Go back to your myopic little world please and don't post this drivel.

These people are gas lit, my friend. There HAS to be something with Kavanaugh, rapist, drunk , cokehead, pedophile, whatever the mockingbird media suggests to them. Something has to be true.

There are assumptions and there are reasonable assumptions.....this is neither, it is just throwing sh*t at the wall, and should be mocked unmercifully.

Its scary where our country is going; when "reasonable suspicion" has been lowered to the point that "not likely the person" is sufficient for "reasonable suspicion" we are all in danger.

When does the lynch mob get started, I'd like to join? If where going down this dangerous road we might as well have some fun before they come for me.

That's a laugh. The FBI are being kept away from the Swetnick allegations because on the face of it, criminal activity is abundant in that area. What do think they are going to do if they uncover a felony in looking at the Ford allegation, say, "We're not taking notice of that because we're just doing "background?"" Get real.
