It says nuclear materials not nuclear weapons. It also states that Russias nuclear weapons are secure.

That is not what they said, and as far as I know no plutonium was stolen but with the economics of the situation a baseball of the stuff could easily have slipped through and you know it...

Not making fun. Just pointing out more signs that your country really is falling apart. Military IS rusting away. 988,000 poorly equipped Russian draftees could not hope to compete with even a lesser number of motivated, well led and trained volunteers in the U.S. Army. There's also the U.S. power projection capability previously mentioned by myself and several others. Russia simply does not have that. Plus, you can't keep track of important WMD's. Even your women are leaving - granted, I'm sure they don't leave to become sex slaves and that any end up that way is very unfortunate. The point is they are voting with their feet and risking their lives to get out of your failed "socialist workers paradise". Maybe you should also re-consider your current position? I work with several Russian immigrants in the IT field and they seem to be doing very well over here.

Russia isnt the world power it used to be. Still a super power but what i know russia isnt doing very well. Altrough i did hear the situation there as stabilized. Russia will either be a slowly declining superpower or it will slowly grow back to world power which i doubt when i look at the history of most super powers. One period of success then decline.
