It's not the FBI's jurisdiction. These claims need to go to Maryland Law Enforcement for a formal complaint.

I have only read parts of this thread but I did grasp that FBI doesn't investigate these types of accusations because they aren't federal in nature, the Maryland police where the crime was alleged to be committed put a release saying she should file a charge and they would investigate but she has filled no such charge.

I can only assume you have read less of this thread than me, or you are choosing to be obtuse for political purposes, or you are just lack reading comprehension skills. Which is it?

In all of my memory, I have never been as proud to watch Lindsey Graham as I am right now.

That's exactly it. They want an FBI investigation so they can stall the nomination indefinitely by forcing the FBI to look into every spurious accusation they can dig up.
