I haven't been able to follow all of this. I just got back from the VA. One thing I remember from this morning was where Ford said there was no way it was a case of mistaken identity. I asked my psychologist about that. He said it's absolutely possible for her to be 100% sure it was him, and be wrong. Doesn't she have an education in psychology? Shouldn't she know that?

Leahy exchange was bad.

Kavanaugh shouldnt brag about his school as much.

But finished strong saying that if we are making decisions on who cvan be on the court based on yearbooks, its absurd.

I really like how Kavanaugh is holding his ground and not letting them mop the floor with him, as they are trying to do.

As a matter of course? So if 10,000 people came forward with claims of one kind or another with zero evidence should they all go to the FBI as matter of course?

The committee decides, Kavanaugh wants it investigated, but the committee sees the shear lack of evidence of any kind, and if the Dem didn't sit on it until the 11th hour maybe they would have pushed to the FBI. It seems you are completely blind as to why the democrats might want to prolong this past the midterm as a political move no matter if any of this is true or not.
