Actually, her behavior very well might be an issue, if she knew about this activity and never reported it to the police.

No, it's not.

She is not being considered for the USSC.

The only behavior in question is Kavanaugh's.

You sure about that:

www.law.cornell.edu...

Are we charging someone with a Felony?

sexual assault is a felony in maryland and it has no statute of limitation
a simple police report from this "accuser" would end this posturing bs

According to the pdf of her allegations against Kav, she made those statements under penalty of perjury. So guess we will have to wait till the chips fall where they may on this one.

Mission accomplished, appointment delayed.

That's another odd thing. I dont think she CAN say they are under penalty of perjury. I believe that has to be done by either deposition or sworn testimony in front of a court.

I could write that at the end if everything I write but it doesnt make it true.

I am not a legal expert by any means, but is that document Avannati put forth with her allegations not legal within the definitions of the law with filing an accusation against someone??? I know we have some lawyers on here so perhaps they can speak up to clarify....

You are correct. Until this deposition is actually filed officially and stamped received by a clerk of the court, it is not deemed official and would not actually be under penalty of perjury.

Anyone know if this has been done by her attorney? Or is this why it has only been tweeted and not submitted?

I was replying to your comment about why did he not call the cops.
I am pretty sure that if a college student called the cops about a rowdy drinking party... well, you must know that just does not happen.

As for the other things that allegedly happened at these parties, I have doubts.

Just have the FBI go and talk to her. Lying to the FBI is a crime, no doubt about that.

No point. In the end, it'll all be inconclusive.

I think your saviour Biden said something along those lines 🤔🤔🤔

Either or, stall tactic

this is a sworn statement. More than anyone else has offered. It deserves to be looked into. And as I said, I feel like whomever is lying needs to be made a yuge example of. If it's Kavanaugh, or if it's the girl and Avanatti, either way, dust off the gallows pole.

But there's the rub.

No one can be proven or disproven with any of this. Everything is 35-40 years ago. No one has any proof for or against anything. It's all he said she said.

There's nothing to investigate, none of this will ever see the inside of a court room.

The highly suspect and suspicious timing of all this still amounts to nothing.

The only result that can come of this is derailing the confirmation. Whether guilty or not, no one can be held accountable because nothing can be proven either way.

So if the documents don't look official their lying.

But if they do look official ...their lying.

This is why some people don't take you seriously.

The purpose of genuine court documents would be to establish facts, not fiction.

These are not real court documents 😎

Bwaaaahahahaha 😃

It only matters if it works.

The fact that she works for the DOJ is damaging to her credibility to me.
Is she part of the Resist movement?

Because then she would have to know things like dates, years, names...ya know the things you need to establish some credibility as a witness/victim.

not in maryland where the alleged crimes occured
all she would have to do is file a simple report
wonder why she didnt file one when kavanaugh was nominated for his current job?
