(dont know how common her name is) but its some what interesting as she apparently had clearances for department of state,justice and homeland security(border patrol?) as well as treasury which is still active? (active clearance held) graduated in 1980.....wouldnt that make her much older then kavanaugh and mean she graduated what 2-3 years earlier then kavanaugh?

Analyzing what evidence? All they have is a statement that isnt under oath and not legally admissible anywhere until it is notarized and signed again in front of a notary or court witness.

That venue has been chosen by the GOP who wholly control the process.

They can engage the FBI to reopen the background to investigate and presumably clear Kavenaugh of these accusations at any time.

Instead they have chosen to rush the process as quickly as possible in hopes of shoving him through before any more allegations surface.

It's a fact that you take a risk to go jogging alone, male or female. There was a serial killer in this area who killed solo joggers who were male as well as female.

It's not the FBI's jurisdiction.

It never has been no matter how often the Democrats lie to you and say otherwise. They just want to demand the impossible because they know it legally cannot happen and therefore they can keep pointing at how it did not happen as proof that Kavanaugh is hiding something even though he's not.

Look at Ford ... The Maryland Law Enforcement Agency that would have jurisdiction has said they would investigate, but she has not filed a complaint to open a formal investigation. Why do you think that is?
