The FBI should look into the allegations against Kavanaugh. The first step of the investigation should be that every accuser must first make a statement to the FBI under oath and penalty of perjury.

I seriously doubt any of them would be willing to commit to a interview knowing they could go to jail if they lied.

That would be a win-win they would quit calling for an FBI investigation and would be shown as being deceptive .

They've been reminded that there is no statute of limitations in the state and the state has said they are willing to investigate.

Why hasn't the accuser filed a report since then?

They could be investigating now.

If that's the letter Feinstein got, then it explains why she wasn't anxious to move on it until it looked like nothing else was going to work.

Would you stake anything on that?

But I have a hard time thinking even someone as partisan as Feinstein would go that far on just that.

Let's also remember the whole time Kav was being questioned by Feinstein she chose to not even mention it!

Wowser. You all will cling to anything. The moon is yellow which means she is lying.

Truth is she sought counseling after the incident and there is a record of such. So she either came up with whole plan 35 years ago or she is not lying.

There were questionable occurrences in my youth, I remember the incidents but couldn't put an exact date / year on them.

The dems already know kavanaugh is guilty, so what does she need to say?

To lie that the left is better than the right, and needs said on a national stage so they can get that blue wave they're dying for.

She sought counseling and part of the saga to date is that the therapist's notes are wrong?!

She mentioned something to a counselor once. She did not mention a name at that time, and the facts in the counselor notes do not jive with her story.

Or in the 1,287 written questions from senators, nearly all from Dems, Kavanaugh also had to answer.

What did she think would happen specifically related to JUSTICE then if she wanted to remain anonymous? You do realize that isn't how our Justice system works right?

Damn shame she is college educated and too stupid to realize you can't just condemn someone by accusing them of a crime without the accused knowing who their accuser is right????

I happen to disagree here...

For, I believe the first step is to make a statement to the local police 30 friggin' years ago!!!!

She’s not calling for a local investigation. She’s calling for an FBI investigation. Since she’s doing that the first step is filing a complaint and being interviewed .

My personal opinion on your local police position is there’s no statute of limitations. So why didn’t they take it there in the first place ?

Diane Feinstein knows that the FBI doesn’t prosecute state laws.

But the FBI does do background checks, which would require her to give a statement under oath.

If she has nothing to hide she can give her statement to the FBI then they decide what to do .

How is that the onloy two options?

Just on face value she never said anything till 2012, so why would she have had to come up with this 35 years ago if she is not telling the truth?

An expert has analyzed the "Ford Letter" written to Senator Diane Feinstein and has exposed some obvious problems that indicate the thing is a fraud.

Not surprised because Democrats often use fraud and con games to make their points especially when they are as desperate as they are now.

Things like writing style and punctuation are reviewed.

Big Democrat fraud, and I bet "Dr Ford" never testifies at all.

🤦‍♀️👋

Docume nt Expert: Multiple Discrepancies Discovered in Senator Feinstein’s Christine Ford Letter – Looks Like a Fraud

Yesterday Dr. Dannielle (Dossy) Blumenthal released a series of tweets that dissect and refute the letter provided by Senator Feinstein from the accuser of Judge Kavanaugh. Dr. Ford’s letter is full of flaws which lead one to realize something just doesn’t add up!

Dr. ‘Dossy’ Blumenthal states that she believes Ford’s letter is written by a third party –

It's a template they had for a time like this.

Just fill in the names, time, and place.

Disgusting people.

And a therapist visit on record.

I forgot a post on ATS is an official letter to Congress, my bad. Care to address the inconsistencies?

I'll play along. Let's look at one of the tweets, selected at random.

31) “a very drunken Judge said mixed words to Kavanaugh” — this is the writing of either an illiterate or someone for whom English is a second language.

—“Very drunken”? She means “very drunk.”
—“Mixed words?” She means “said contradictory things.”

Who uses an em dash as a bullet point? Hoax!

Sarcasm aside, let's consider the would be points made here.

—“Very drunken”? She means “very drunk.”

Wrong. "Drunken" is an adjective. "Drunk" can be a verb, adjective or noun.

Merriam-Webster - drunken

drunken adjective
drunk·en | ˈdrəŋ-kən

Definition of drunken

1 : drunk sense 1 a drunken driver

2 obsolete : saturated with liquid

3a : given to habitual excessive use of alcohol

b : of, relating to, or characterized by intoxication they come from … broken homes, drunken homes —P. B. Gilliam

c : resulting from or as if from intoxication a drunken brawl

4 : unsteady or lurching as if from alcoholic intoxication

Cambridge English Dictionary - drunken

drunken adjective [ before noun ]
uk /ˈdrʌŋ.kən/ us /ˈdrʌŋ.kən/ disapproving

A drunken person is (often) under the influence of alcohol:
She was convicted of murdering her drunken and allegedly violent husband.
The square filled up with drunken baseball fans.

used to describe a situation in which a lot of alcohol has been drunk:
a drunken brawl
He came home and fell into a drunken stupor (= sleep).

And now the other would be point:

—“Mixed words?” She means “said contradictory things.”

Here's the sentence again:

From across the room, a very drunken Judge said mixed words to Kavanaugh ranging from "go for it" to "stop".

She's interpreting "mixed words" to mean "contradictory" but it could just as easily be interpreted as "a mixture of words" which fits better in the context.

There you go. What does any of this have to do with anything anyway? Whether she typed the letter herself, dictated it verbatim or allowed somebody to compose it for her based on her input is of no real importance when considering the validity of her allegation.

Admittedly, my first thought in reading your post, is in how politicians seem to believe that the voters are absolute idiots, so yes, they may have over did the drama of trauma with errors on purpose...unfortunately, the fanatic woman they were able to get to step up when needed was a professor and actual writer of published works! Oopsie!

Looks like Ms Ford's goose is cooked.

Now the creepy porn lawyer has been caught too taking phony accusations
and putting them forth as the real deal.

thehill.com...

Then creepy porn lawyer sets his twitter to private to try and hide.

Charles Grassley just told Feinstein NO to another request to delay.

To the operatives who are trying to overthrow the U.S. legal system,
