Then tell the police. I'm done with this irrelevancy.

You're a joke.

You make false and misleading claims, pretending to know what you're talking about, then someone calls you out and you leave the conversation/deflect/change the subject.

Won't say I'm surprised.

And you cannot have an investigation when there is nowhere and nothing to investigate.

Just because you think this doesn't make it true. The FBI investigates old rape claims.

In this case, there is no where or when. She can't remember time. She can't even recall who was there except to finger the Judge and that other Judge who has sworn that he wasn't there ... and those other people, including her lifelong friend, who all also swore they don't have any clue what she's talking about.

I went to my friend's graduation party back in 2003 and I can't tell you what date it was on. That party was a social disaster for me as the girl I brought to it ended up going down on another dude and generally treated me like crap beforehand. I can tell you TONS of other details about the party though. Just because you can't remember all the specific details doesn't mean you are a liar.

So basically what do the cops investigate?

A scene they can't find that's 30 years old and her statement and his and the statements of all the others who basically say they have no clue what she's on about including her friend.

What else do you expect the cops to do?

How about to start with we put their claims on the record? And why are we letting Mark Judge get away with not testifying?

with all your supposed knowledge of the judicial system in Maryland, perhaps you can explain why the FBI would have any jurisdiction at all over this.

ETA: and what office is Mark Judge occupying currently? I wasn't aware he was in government, or subject to orders like this.

He made a sworn statement through his lawyer.

That is on the record.

I think there is a BIG difference between giving testimony and a sworn statement, and I think you should see that difference too if you were being honest with yourself.

Apparently Avenattis claim may have been an epic 4chan troll on him...which is why his account is private now.

Seems like whatever state he is licensed in? Time for disbarment!

Damn...at this point, at least try to make the claims believable, Dems!

#NeverLetAGoodCrisisGoToWaste

I hate to defend the Dems, I really, really do, but at least some of the smarter ones seem to be trying to distance themselves from this garbage.

www.politico.com...

I didn't see anything about distancing themselves from this "garbage".
All I saw was a doubling down on the BAMN smear and stall tactics.
From your link.

Democratic senators who have rallied behind Christine Blasey Ford against Brett Kavanaugh are doing the same for a second woman who accused the Supreme Court nominee

Multiple Democrats told POLITICO on Monday that they see Deborah Ramirez's account in The New Yorker as credible — if not airtight — evidence for a case that President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee has a pattern of untoward behavior toward women. They want the Judiciary Committee to postpone Thursday's planned hearing at which Ford and Kavanaugh are set to testify to allow more time to look into Ramirez as well as those made by Ford.

Then we have Hirono telling men to "Shut Up And Step Up"

#WalkAway

I'm not referring to Ramirez, but rather Avenatti. The second half of the article addresses that situation, and its clear that some of the Dems aren't convinced by what he's selling.

This whole circus is the kind of thing that makes me laugh at humanists. Really? Do people really believe that human beings are capable of even being responsible with the technology we already have? "Progress" is just going to make it worse.

she also claims others were there, and they say it never happened, so her word isn't all that good. But regardless of what she or you think they want, the FBI doesn't have any jurisdiction in this case. Unless someone was in government service in the early 80s, and so far, it looks like they were all students.

Look.

One of the avenues for Ford to offer testimony was through Senate staffers sent to her which she refused. I don't need her to offer public testimony. She just needs to give her testimony and Kavanaugh needs to have a chance to defend against it.

Whether she does it publically or not doesn't matter to me. It just needs to happen.

She's the one who refused both the staffer route and to go it behind closed doors, which was also offered.

Lol. So what? Of course they are going to deny it. They aren't on the record yet and there isn't an investigation going on.

But I've already had this conversation days ago. I'm all for Maryland investigating this, but I"m fine with the FBI doing it too. It really doesn't matter to me either way.

Sorry, but making a sworn statement through your attorney is on the record. At least Judge has gone that far.

While the virginity claim is laughable in itself, it doesn't exactly exonerate Kavanaugh of the accusations even if it were true. Neither accuser has said they were penetrated during their respective assaults.

I didn't lose my virginity until I left school. It really isn't that hard to believe.

Well, that raises an important question. Why hasn't she filed a police report in Montgomery County? They've stated that they will investigate this if she comes in and files a report.

The 4 individuals named in Dr. Ford's letter have all provided letters thru their respective attorneys to the judiciary committee denying her claims. Letters to the committee are subject to perjury charges. Dr. Ford has not submitted a statement directly to the committee as yet and thus far does not wish to provide testimony under oath. Pretty telling indeed.
