I switched away from Nike because the last few pair I bought fell apart.
Brand names are not important to me so I based my shoe choices on style and quality.

I will not avoid Nike because of this clown but I'm certainly not goin to buy them because of him either.

Your OP seemed to chuckling at how Nike was booming right?

uuum. no

i posted an article.

you guys just make # up

posting an article does not equal chuckling but if i were going to it would be because trump was wrong. again.
and clearly people are still buying nike in spite of all the so called outrage.

so now i am chuckling.
now you can say that

Hey be proud. That means more sweat shops and child labour. Take that Trumpers.

hilarious trying to turn this into a labor practice thing

past few months all this nfl and nike # has been about the protest and you know it

now though

but muh slave labor

too funny

I do know it. I also know that anti-Trumpers are now standing behind a company that employs children in sweat shops, because “muh Trump”.

maybe they are
not me

i am bigly anti trump but that does not mean i am pro nike

i was not pro nike then and am not pro nike now

i will so though if a person is going to boycott their labor practices are a damn good reason
trumps opinion on the company or them sponsoring players that kneel are stupid reasons

Your guys’ principles are as squishy as a Nike sole. I bet if Trumpers boycotted Monsanto or Big Pharma anti-Trumpers would start dousing their lawns with raid while on copious pain meds.

Cool story but my issue is with Nike and their slave labor.

Yup I switched to Brooks for my trail running and they are amazing so far, and so far they have held up amazingly.

Personally I think we are seeing the beginning of the end for Nike, once upon a time the quality of the shoe brought people in, then it declined a bit and they spent more and more money bringing in big name athletes to endorse it.

Then in my opinion the quality of the shoe dropped through the floor and they are trying to use a controversial add campaign to boost sales.

Eventually the tricks wont work, I wont spend a hundred+ on a pair of shoes that will fall apart in a couple months.

Ummm...no man...it is hilarious...but in a twisted irony sort of way...

You see...Nike panders to the Black man with all their pricey neon ball player crap...the Black man then buys the glitter all while proclaiming..."Whitey got to go"..."Racist this and racist that cause hundreds of years ago...slavery...yada...yada"...

All while wearing apparel made by real slaves in a present tense...and...that's "Okie Doke"...

But who am I to quibble...If If If If If...I recognize the total and Inescapable Irony...

Strange to observe these interactions while inoculated from any participatory guilt by association...

Such an enigmatic species...

Understand this, from one who use to work for one of the biggest polling firms.
NIKE, without a doubt, did massive polling worldwide on the effect their support of Kap would have on their market so this is no surprise.

NIKE is a worldwide company and on this issue, only the liar and hypocrite Trump and a few right-winger fanatics give a damn about it.

I had one pair of Nike's. Worse shoes I ever had. Fell apart quickly.

Wondering if a lot of people will lose money on this investment.

At 9.20 someone(big whale) pumped the snip out of it. Artificially inflating PPS.

The rest of the day followed consolidation, and closed lower.

Take your pick on the reasoning.

Probably less than two years left in the current bull market.

Could be drastically less considering how the midterms go.
