It was relatively easy for me to be quite in my mind but i got into some stuff i shouldn't have, but i got out of it as quick as i could. Its just left a bad imprint on me.

Now i have to remove some residual energy and try to silence my ego.

Can 'doing nothing' be practised?
It has to be recognised that there isn't someone that can do or not do!!

It can be noticed that thoughts just appear................there isn't a thinker of thoughts. 'I' is a thought.........it refers to nothing whatsoever.

The mind is not shaped by the world in a baby....the baby has to have installed into it, concepts and words and ideas. The baby is aware of what appears as vision and sound but is as yet unable to buy into stories about anything other. The baby is not separate from it's immediate environment. The baby is seeing and hearing and feeling.
Try to imagine how life would feel if there was only what is appearing as the immediate environment.........with no stories about what happened or what might happen.
What is happening is God's will and it is good and pleasing...............if it is not denied.

The mind cannot see or hear what is ever present.

I would say that being the space that allows existence to appear is true love. It is unconditional...........everything appears in it.
