So where is all the money coming from? The money that is funding the panel of high-paid, Democrat activist, attorneys for Ms. Ford's charade?

I think this info needs to be made public.

There must be something about Thursday. They insist that Thursday is better than Wednesday. Why?

Of course every day they can delay is better for them. What if they plan for something comes up at the last minute and she can not make it Thursday, so then it would get pushed off to next week. If it was scheduled for Wed. and she was delayed, they might have made her come Thursday.

I wonder if some of the Senators have vacation coming up? Maybe they are pushing it off so that the vote happens when certain key people are not available?

I suspect there will a lot of crying practice to get done and they need more time to perfect it.
Also, Thursday probably means that there will be no vote and subsequent Senate floor vote before the SCOTUS opens it's new term on October 1st.

Here's a list of the SCOTUS arguments to start the term... just sifting through them... this one is interestng:

Nielsen v. Preap (to be argued Oct. 10, 2018): Whether a noncitizen is exempt from mandatory detention if, after he is released from criminal custody, the Department of Homeland Security does not take him into immigration custody immediately.

Full list:

Weyerhaeuser Co. v. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (to be argued Oct. 1, 2018): Whether the Endangered Species Act allows an agency like FWS to designate private land as a critical habitat when it is neither a habitat nor critical; and whether courts can review the agency’s decision not to exclude an area from the designation of a critical habitat because of the economic effects of designation.

Mount Lemmon Fire District v. Guido (to be argued Oct. 1, 2018): Whether the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, which bars employers from discriminating against employees because of their age, applies to local governments with fewer than 20 employees.

Gundy v. United States (to be argued Oct. 2, 2018): Whether the federal Sex Offender Notification and Registration Act improperly delegates to the U.S. attorney general the authority to decide whether the act’s requirements should apply to sex offenders who were convicted before the law was passed.

Madison v. Alabama (to be argued Oct. 2, 2018): Whether the Eighth Amendment’s bar on cruel and unusual punishment prevents the state from executing a 67-year-old inmate who suffers from dementia and says he does not remember the crime he has been convicted of committing.

Knick v. Township of Scott (to be argued Oct. 3, 2018): Whether the court should overrule its earlier decision holding that, before a property owner can file a lawsuit in federal court seeking compensation for the government’s unconstitutional “taking” of property, he must first pursue all available state-court remedies.

New Prime v. Oliviera (to be argued Oct. 3, 2018): When two parties to an agreement disagree about whether a dispute between them must go to arbitration, who should resolve that threshold disagreement – an arbitrator or a court?

Stokeling v. United States (to be argued Oct. 9, 2018): Whether state-law robbery convictions count as “violent felonies” for purposes of an enhanced sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act when the convictions do not require the use of force.

United States v. Stitt & United States v. Sims (consolidated for one hour of oral argument on Oct. 9, 2018): Whether the burglary of a “nonpermanent or mobile structure” – such as a mobile home, trailer or tent – that is adapted for someone to stay in it overnight qualifies as a “burglary” for purposes of the ACCA.

Nielsen v. Preap (to be argued Oct. 10, 2018): Whether a noncitizen is exempt from mandatory detention if, after he is released from criminal custody, the Department of Homeland Security does not take him into immigration custody immediately.

Air and Liquid Systems Corp. v. Devries (to be argued Oct. 10, 2018): Whether products-liability defendants can be held liable under maritime law for injuries caused by products that they did not make, sell or distribute.

Technically I guess you are right

Given that she doesn’t even have a time or place, any denial from anyone other than Kavanaugh himself is actually impossible

But this is the closest thing to it

She has no evidence, the people she say were there say the don’t remember it

Again, we already know what Feinstein did was disgusting in trivializing sexual assault for politics

We know that all of the Dems saying Kavanaugh is guilty are disgusting

And these delays are becoming obvious as being political as well

If an accusation like this with almost no details of time and place, and with even the people that were supposedly there claiming not to have any recollection of it are able to have this much power to grind our system to a halt, then our country is in even more trouble than it seemed

So everyone ford says was at the party deny her account

This third lady is even a lifelong friend of fords, and she even says it didn’t happen

Yet we still see so many democrats saying they know know Kavanaugh is guilty

So she doesn’t remember the time or place, and all of the people she claimed were there say she is wrong

If she can’t provide any other evidence, what more is there to look at?

But, but, butttttt.... when a lady, who is a Democrat, makes an accusation it does not matter if other witnesses, Democrat, Republican or other, say the lady is wrong. It's crystal clear in the US nowadays, that Democrats "Trump" fact, speech, thought every time.

lets not forget the.......

"Because i was accosted (not raped ) I cannot fly anymore, and I all these time tables to be in DC are just too much to handle emotionally"

......Ok honey.......so tell me........how hard is it to get to work in the morning by the time your boss tells you to, is that too traumatizing for you......is that too much for your, "over the clothes" grope session to handle?

I dunno about you, but I know women that were sexually molested growing up until their teens, they seem to have no issues going on vacation or showing up to their jobs on time.......

Not trying to be an insensitive dick here, but its pretty clear wtf is happening

Picture... How about an artist’s interpretation video? Pick the one of Trump pounding Vince McMann being pounded that was used as Trump pounding the CNN logo. Copy/paste faces where they need to go.

Well, these people are saying that they don't remember any such incident taking place. The time and place are not relevant if they never saw it happen even once. Their statements still rebut the accusation.

She and anyone else that took part in the smear campaign needs to go to prison.

It's not right to destroy someone like that and get away with it.

They need to be impeached for ethics violations.

It's amazing they've gotten away with this snip for over two years.

When the media and politicians and pundits/followers have already called Kavanaugh guilty, what do you expect?

Since just about every outlet has been calling him a rapist since this all started, what have most people been hearing?

These allegations have been reported on more as fact than allegations since the word go because ... #MeToo. After all, a sainted woman came forth and spewed claims, she must be believed even if no one else she names support her claims.

Sure if you ignore 1/3 of the population that is respectfully waiting to see how things shake out before making a conclusion.

More like:

Democrats are more energized to believe anything bad about Kavanaugh than Republicans are willing to not believe anything bad about him ... while the rest of the country just waits to see what happens?

I kinda feel sorry for Ford. She probably doesn't realise it yet but she's been played by the people she thought had her back.

The fact that her identity was outed by her own side should have wised her up to the fact that the Dem's didn't care what the end game was for her. She was a tool to be used to stop the Kavanaugh confirmation. No more, no less. After that she's on her own.

Ford has obviously forgotten the tale of Cindy Sheehan. Where's she these days? What happened to her after the messiah was elected and being anti-war suddenly wasn't so important anymore?

Ford's trashed her life and it doesn't even matter whether Kavanaugh is confirmed or not. She's just a casualty in the grand scheme of things and she probably doesn't even realise it yet.

Whatever they're doing it's working, I suppose a person can be convicted of anything for any reason in the court of public opinion. The presumption of innocence is gone if the media are pushing an allegation against you.

They're going to destroy this man and his career apparently. Republicans could cave to popular public opinion on this. Crazy stuff.

It is pretty straightforward then: this isn't even "he said/she said." This is "she said/she lied"

Someone should escort this pop-culture leftist liar out of the Senate. If we start allowing these anti-American treasonous communists to slow/obstruct our official business, then we allow them to hold our government hostage to their fringe and very unwanted/unpopular failed ideology/agenda.

Get this liar out and confirm our SCOTUS justice. Do not let some bitter Democrats/lying POS derail our agenda.

(as a side note, does anyone doubt this is the future of every nominee now? No Democrat will ever be nominated/confirmed for any position again, not without having people Franken them)

Who cares about popular opinion. This low-IQ bulk voting population will get over it. It has the memory of 7-10 days, just a tad better than a Gold fish really. Scary isn't it? These are the low-brows casting votes/spreading their opinion with very little facts.

They should've refused to even hear the complaints until he was confirmed. 1) You don't get to read anything until its passed (Osama precedent) and 2) That is why impeachment exists, you don't delay Congressional processes.

But of course, the spineless GOP senators (including Grassley, etc who have been drawing meaningless lines in the sand only to cave) won't do what needs to be done. These POS need primaried. The Tea Party learned long ago that losing seats/even an election is worth it to remove the weakness from your own party.

Amen to that.

Completely spineless.

Ford's political lies are politically timed. It was just as transparent this time as it ever was. But instead of calling her out, letting her know they feel she's a lying sack of scum, what do they do? They actually play along. They could've used this chance to shut the minority party out of the hearings and really lambaste her/tear her story apart under oath. This day could've ended with her in chains for perjury if they played their cards right and exposed a lie (any lie, no matter how unimportant). But now what do we have? Falling popular support for our judge, because those worthless Democrats learned to stop playing by the rules but our people haven't figured it out yet.

Any GOP rep/senator who thinks the old play book is relevant should immediately resign in disgrace

Can someone remind me why Democrats are even permitted by the majority party to set foot in the Senate?

Time to pull out all the stops.
