I agree. The most important thing in martial arts are position and timing. You can only get skilled in that by direct experience and lots of practice.

I don't doubt they will take us way beyond. What percentage of our brains do we use now?



Our objective is to develop fundamental theories and techniques for neurostimulative/neuromodulatory interventions for cognitive and physical performance enhancement.
