Thanks! That makes two tweets in 2013 with specific advice on how to "get even". I'm glad they're relatively recent. There's a good chance that Donald Trump still believes now what he said then.

As for the laughing UN, I think the reaction was mixed, those who saw what Trump was doing, which is a lot and consistent with his statement. Part of the crowd might have been giddy about anything said by the orange Hitler...

Strong words on China from Trump in this mornings security council speech. He said China is interfering in the 2018 elections against him,because he has been the toughest on China over trade. China's PM shrugged at those comments.

The only interpretation I can come up with is on line 4 only where is+are+l is anagram of ISRAEL.

1) The Capitalisation is unnecessary so I looked up the acronym TWC and the top answer is THE WEATHER CHANNEL, which is owned by Blackstone, Bain Capital and NBC.
2) 5 Q posts contain this phrase: #1229, 1245, 1264, 1317, 2002; most have lines like Re_read, you have more than you know, define, etc.
