Sunspot Solar Observatory shut down because of cp, what's with the Military involvement?

You would think that with CP it would be the feds or cops that do the busting so what's with the Military involvement and Black Hawk helicopters circling the place when a few days ago they said it was shut down because of a dangerous fugitive? It also begs the question as to why they had to evacuate the surrounding area and town? It all seems very odd.

The FBI swooped on the NSO last Thursday, closing it down to employees and the public without explaining what was happening. The official line given was “security reasons” but local law enforcement in Sunspot, New Mexico, and workers at the the observatory have no idea what is going on. To add more mystery to the case, locals have reported seeing Black Hawk helicopters flying over the site.

Then they go on to say that they have a main suspect who is the Janitor of the Observatory.

So which is it, a dangerous fugitive, security concerns or a pedophile and do any of the aforementioned warrant Black Hawk helicopters and Military involvement?

There's a different thread discussing it as the reason for the shutdown, but I haven't seen any confirmation from authorities so far.
