No man... That curly hair looks too close to hair of the black folk. That's racist.

Here is the pic in question along with a real life still.

And another just for clarification.

It doesn't appear racist to me, it appears as what it is. Serena throwing a temper tantrum. Regardless of the right or wrong of her position.

Which one is the cartoon?

Im confused.

I've got a problem with your art work. I find it offensive towards green people.

It looks like a caricature drawing to me. Everyone has big lips and the general look of that pic. Fugging nuts if you ask me

I'm not sure of the artist's true intent

The artist made it quite clear, and plenty of articles verify this. What you want to see as his intent is upto you.

bit mystified at the phrase "scratching your pencil" in the title

Also means putting something down on paper

I think we should start calling out these real racists like Dr. Jason Johnson

Yeah instead they get tenure and pay rises to indoctrinate and divide

Ketsuko nailed it - its a caricature - a well established cartoon style.

He did his job as a cartoonist ...... but hey! left himself open to.....

Fat shaming.....

Racism......

Misogyny.....

She is a female, so not sure what he was suppose to draw other than the suggestion that females is now an untouchable class. I guess we need to stick to white males from now on...lol

Fat shaming? That woman is most likely pure muscle, so I think we should say muscle shamming..

Racism...just like my first comment...He should have drawn a white male breaking a racket...

Yes that is pretty much what art is. Often open to interpretation also.

Imho, only an actual racist person would find this particular artwork to be racist.

Lol!! Its the way I tell it!! sometimes it gets misunderstood so I'll explain....

I meant the cartoonist had left himself open to those accusations .....

# Fat shaming Regardless of her muscles any woman over a size 10 these

days is insinuated to be fat? most female tennis players Chissie Evert,

Maria Sharapova, Martina Navratlova, et al ...... well toned and thin?

# Racism The very exaggerated features?

# Misogyny For the over exaggeration of the above implying maybe a

dislike of the female?

Perhaps the ump didn't find 'roid-rage amusing?

Perhaps the cartoonist is not really a racist, misogynist woman-in-a-princess-costume shamer:
but is in reality a 'roidist?

Damned 'roidist cartoonist!!!
