Burt Reynolds movies

I always thought Deliverance was a great movie. This weekend I watched Smokey and The Bandit for the first time in years. Just a goofy comedy. Then I watched The Longest Yard. That was a pretty damn good movie.

No huge point to this thread except that I liked Burt and enjoyed some of his movies.

RIP Burt.

Smokey and the bandit was all right it was a good time had by all.

But if you want to watch two of his best movies. Take a look at Gator McCluskey and Sharkeys machine .

Burt's stuff is just fun. Stroker Ace. Best Little Whorehouse. Cannonball Run. He was a funny likable guy.

I liked pretty much all of his movies but I also liked his TV. I watch Gunsmoke for an hour on weekdays and the station just featured a week of episodes with him in them. Pretty good.

His unique laugh/chuckle helped him a lot too.

If you haven't seen the recently made The Last Movie Star I give it two thumbs up. It's very good.
