I was sure it was Stephen Hawking resurrected. If you listen very closely, you can actually hear the angel of death calling "Ruthyyyyyy"

Seriously though, she looks completely "unfit" to hold a seat on the SC.

Is there any rules or conditions to prevent what is essentially a corpse from "blocking" a seat from being filled. I mean, if she was on a machine and couldn't talk and was in a coma, will she still occupy the seat because "well, she's technically alive".

Judging by Nancy Pelosi
No

I did watch the entire thing and you guys are not being fair.

This women is still very sharp. She knows the law.

Judging her by this one clip is not doing a women that has served this country almost her entire life justice.

I agree with everybody. See needs to retire. I love her, but.....

It's just that now is such a bad time. She has to hang on, at least until after the impeachment.

*AD pushes everybodies' buttons and then runs away*

It doesn’t push my buttons. I think we need Democrats on the Supreme Court. I would like to see five conservative and four liberal. I want justice not right wing totalitarianism.

That generation is going to clutch and cling and scratch and claw to maintain their power--their precious--until they go to their graves kicking and screaming (a la McCain), their dreams of socialist utopia just out of reach and being destroyed as they fade into eternity.

Good f# riddance. The reaper spares no one.

You're on to something, because IN HER OWN WORDS, Ruth Ginsburg says that she will not retire before age 90.

I always wondered why she didn't resign while Obama was president.
He could have replaced her with another liberal.

She cant possibly be capable of ruling on anything.

Because entitled wealthy white people dont just give up power. Even now she probably thinks she is providing sound judgments and can do so indefinitely. Why would she resign under Obama if she was still breathing?

So now we know why the left is going nuts. They know she is going to probably have to retire before Trump leaves. They can maybe delay one nominee until after midterms but there might be another one not too far off.

The left is probably scouring nursing homes across the country for a RBG look-alike.

I won't comment on her but at that age a few weeks can be enough for severe mental decline.

That can happen at any age but even more at that age.

It's not unexpected or unusual with the elderly. I work in geriatrics. We had a lady who in a span of days went from walking and talking to incoherent rolling around and incontinent from a UTI.

The same thing happened with my mother. Except it happened in an hour. Or at least the event that caused it did. She recovered (eventually) but it was a long road.

I'm not much worried about her. She will probably die of old age this next week.

Yes, urinary tract infections do cause mental problems in the elderly, but antibiotics kill the infection and the brain returns to normal. It’s not permanent
