Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was on a TV interview the other day and looked like she's just about ready to call it quits.

Total Leftwingist 100%.

She appeared to answer some questions and make some "points" about Kavanaugh but Jesus.....

😃😃

Barely Coherent: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Makes an Appearance…

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg criticizes how Judge Brett Kavanaugh was treated during his SCOTUS confirmation hearings. Discussing the modern Supreme Court confirmation process, Ginsburg called the hearings a “highly partisan show” and "wrong" while speaking at the George Washington University Law School on 9/12/18.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appears at an event hosted by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA).

"Ready for the "retirement" farm I would say.
Almost time for another Trump nomination !!"

Seriously though, she looks completely "unfit" to hold a seat on the SC.

Is there any rules or conditions to prevent what is essentially a corpse from "blocking" a seat from being filled. I mean, if she was on a machine and couldn't talk and was in a coma, will she still occupy the seat because "well, she's technically alive".

Almost 100% chance she passes away in office before Trump's 2nd term ends.

Does anyone actually believe she really dresses herself and does her hair every day? My dad is more coherent than this woman and I don't trust him to drive himself to the store.

I guarantee you wouldn't be able to pay attention for her full interview. 45 minutes of this! How can Ruth Bader Ginsburg function as a SUPREME COURT JUSTICE?

They talk about Impeaching Trump for incompetence. Well, why can't Ginsburg be removed?

Geez.

Now I just feel sorry for her.

Poor ol' gal.

She would have retired 2 years ago if Hillary had gained control of the Blood Throne. Then Hillary would have had 3 judges to pick.

Wouldn't have that been a hoot!

All you would do then is impeach on the premise that she can no longer hold the seat.

There is a mechanism in the Constitution to remove SC judges.

There is NOT, however, any law that states that their terms are for life.

I always wondered why she didn't resign while Obama was president.
He could have replaced her with another liberal.

She cant possibly be capable of ruling on anything.

Wow. No disrespect to her intended, but damn. She should not be on the SC at this point. Political views aside, she isn't "there" enough to handle that job. Its sad, but people get old and when they do they lose capacity to function. Its just how it is.

She probably didn't trust him. And who would? The man was a pathological liar. A good one too.

I doubt she'll survive Trump's first term. I'm betting she croaks right after midterms.

Not only is she incoherent. She's also starting to look like Stephen Hawkins twin sister .

Now that you mention it, yes she does.
She seems to be going downhill, rapidly. Compare her in the video above to her picture on the offical Supreme Court website, when she still looked like she had full possession of her faculties.
